Today was my second time. The drinks are good but I’ll never come back! Why??! Because the guy who made my drink took a spoon and ate the leftovers from my smoothie straight out of the blender!!! Gross and disgusting!!

Rude Lady owner might be. Cup was half melted and she did not want to replace it. Talked to her calmly and she yelled at us. I work in customer service myself so I get people can be difficult but she gave us a half hot cup that melted the side and then said she couldn’t remake it or give a refund. She is stingy kids never got a sip it was full is what makes it worse. I recorded the interactions because she was yelling and then she followed me, my friend and daughters to our car recording us. The cashier was kind and she was understanding but she couldn’t refund because of the lady who is the owner and is also mean to her workers.

My children went there yesterday the workers didn't even know how to work the register. My daughter had to reorder 4 times because the worker either wasn't listening or was just confused. Also my daughter ordered a dessert(creme Brule) and the worker wasn't even aware they sold those. Gave it to my daughter raw. She was told to add her own sugar and place in the oven. Why is an establishment selling raw desserts with instructions but pretending to be a cafe? What cafe/restaurants give guest raw desserts with instructions to cook. I feel as if the staff took advantage of the fact that they were children and they knew they were not going to complain.

Answer: No.
Save your self the pain and disappointment and wait until tomorrow when your favorite is open again. This is the worst boba we’ve ever had. Tea is watered down, drinks are WAY too sweet (even at 50%), and overall drink quality is just very poor.

their boba is the bomb! it's always sweet and it never gets hard lol a little pricey for what it is but their drinks are good.. I usually get the almond smoothie w boba.. so bomb.. the honeydew is bomb too!
