Been asking somebody to turn off the fire, saying she'll come back but never return , I finally got somebodys attention and before they could helped, soup has been dried up like I'm eating a chinese stir fry,and the guy told "sorry I'd been busy" I ended up asking for a broth.

Okay food, slow service- always huge lines outside the door. Love the Organic Veggie, Beef or Korean Bean Paste. Some of the servers are awful just depends who you get.

The food is good as expected of BP but I had to wait over an hour just to get seated, albeit it was Saturday lunch hours. While waiting I saw several tables empty. The food also took awhile after ordering. I would go to other locations if you dont want to wait 1+ hr.

This place is my bestfriend and I's monthly visit. I always order the Japanese miso and Hokkaido milk tea. The best Hokkaido milk tea in the area!The Japanese miso always hits the spot when it comes to the soup.I rated 3 for the atmosphere because of the weird splatter stains on the wall and I truly dislike how they serve the sauces. It always gets sticky and messy. Other people's hands are touching it and it's gross. If only they have a squeeze bottle or something that isn't as messy.Overall, great place to be in. They also blast their AC so you can eat your soup comfortably.
The Taiwanese hotpot is authentic and delicious! The sugar level in the black or green tea served with the meal is adjustable.However, the waiting time is quite long. I had to wait for 1 hour when I arrived around 11:15 am on a Sunday. Online reservations are not available.

Great soup place which has everything in it. Lunch is the best time to dine but go during off peak or be prepared for a long queue time. Lunch promo ends at 3pm, so just go slightly before that for instant seating.
