You guys customer service is super trash, everytime I pull up to the drive thru, I have to wait mins before service, sometimes I have to re-announce myself, and my orders are wrong majority of the time!!! very poor!!!!

Finally had it!!!!! I’m writing this review the same day of my visit because after multiple attempts to give this location a chance, I’ve had enough. This is not just about the walk-in service. I’ve tried both the drive-thru and going inside, and the experience is always poor. Today was the tipping point.
I waited inside patiently only to be treated like an afterthought while every drive-thru order was handled first. The staff was unfriendly, didn’t smile, and when I had an issue with my order (a mushy jalapeño), the attitude I received was dismissive and rude. They took forever to even acknowledge me and made me feel like my request was a burden.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the consistent lack of basic customer service at this location needs attention. Management, please take this as constructive feedback: improve how you treat all your customers, inside and out. I will not spend my money here again, and I can’t recommend this place.

Whoever was working today at around 7-8 pm was very unprofessional they sent out the cook to give us our order. Got our order wrong and then they pointed at us and laughed when we came back to correct our order. You don’t want us coming back give us the right order in the first place 🤷🏾♀️ 9/23/25

It took a while to get the food even after doing drive thru. Most importantly, the food is SO subpar. Such a waste of money. You’re better off going to Popeyes. I don’t even know how this place is still open. Very disappointed.

I ordered Mac and cheese and a three piece. When I Arrived home, I had no napkin's, no fork, no honey or hot sauce. I guess I should ask for these items before I left and not assumed I needed to eat my Mac and cheese with my fingers. Smh
