Dickey's Barbecue Pit

my mom bought a $100 gift card from Home Depot and Dickey's at Gardena, CA would not honor the gift card. The employee stated Corp will not pay them back. How many others are being cheated out of money? Do not buy gift cards. I can't afford to be out of that 100. Can you? Spread the word. This company is stealing my hard earned money. Their license needs to be revoked. Shame on you Dickeys you are thieves I have called 19 times to no answer from Dickeys yet.

It really pisses me off when places have their hours posted online showing 9pm. Then you drive 4 miles, get there at 8:35pm and the person working had the lights off. I like the location in Compton better anyway.

Place is trash. I door dashed a loaded baked potato, beans, and the plastic souvenir cup with Powerade. What I received was flat sofa in a paper cup, mashed potatoes with very little pulled pork, covered in sour cream and cold cheese. In their defense, they did call me and tell me they only had Dr Pepper or Diet. They failed to mention it's flat!

They called and asked about the drink but they thought they would just throw a little room temperature meat on some mashed potatoes and call it a baked potato. The door dash driver sat at the location waiting on the food for 25 minutes.

What a waste of $40.00. stay away from this garbage of a restaurant

Ordered 3 brisket sandwich meals for $60. All 3 sandwiches were full of fat and nearly inedible. Have loved other Dickeys locations, will never go back to this one.

We used to love dickey's but it is not the same anymore.
Customer service courteous but the food was not great.
The ribs were over cooked and the brisket were very dry and without flavor.
Very disappointed.

Normally love their food and tastes great, however the chicken wings I received were burnt and one of them looked like a small chicken nugget. I’ve came here multiple times and have ordered the same chicken wings before and have had no issues until today. Really disappointed. :/

Their 3 meat plate, which consisted of sausages, brisket, and pulled pork was probably the only saving grace, which was great.

Just bummed out that I ordered 10 chicken wings and half were burnt and two were like little stumps considering it cost over $30 for everything.

Definitely not worth a dime. Meats are baked with smoke flavor liquid. All sides are bland no flavor. Great service at this location tho. I will say that. But the food isn't worth it

I'm not recommend this place, they doesn't accept any order by app not even rewards coupons, they don't give us sour cream for the potatoes.

Call to place an order an no one answered the phone so I drove to the place only to find out they were no customers and the phone was where they couldn’t hear it and one person had on headphones so he would not had heard it an. They total me the ribs would take two hours so I went and did shopping and only to comeback and they. Still said another 45 minutes. Didn’t offer me even a drink for the inconvenience I will be looking for another location

The owner and this location are both excellent…my dad and I came in for lunch one day & we really enjoyed our experience. I’d suggest this location if you want good bbq! We will be back asap!

The place looks in total decay. The soda machines don't work well and it looks dirty. I ordered food online and upon arrival they told me that they did not have the products I had ordered. I had to replace them with anything. The price is quite high, and even so, they only gave me 3 drinks out of 4, because they didn't have lemonade. Very disappointing and sad to see the beginning of the end of a good business.
