I redeemed points for free garlic bites and it didn’t show up on the receipt, even tho on app it showed up. They redeemed it for me and quickly made me the bites no questions asked. Great customer service !!

Basically this location is garbage as is the manager- Carlos, I believe. How he's still in this business is over my head but anyways.. Garbage portions, customer service- these people are there just to get a paycheck so don't anyone to go above and beyond for your orders.

Yesterday i bought a pizza (2/27) with a lot toppings and one of them being steak. The steak was very very salty and made it hard to eat the pizza. I called to let them know that it was beyond salty and a woman answered to whom i explained the problem to. She continued asked to her manager and the manager said that the steak is supposed to be salty. Bad customer service.

Got home with a burnt pizza. CALLED Carlos Manager said he burned it because he was by himself did not want to Make new pizza or refund so i immediately called and reached out to corporate for this behavior. Drove to the store act like he was too bussy to make me a new one while I waited patiently. Burned a lady's pizza and tried to convince her to take it. Took my receipt and refunded me after i asked him multiple times to remake the pizza because the burnt pizza ruined my lunch. Untolerable warehouse behavior.
