As others have said, service sucks in the day, and donuts themselves are just OK, kind of dry (haven't tried the specialty ones, just plain/fritter/chocolate bar).
Also, the hell kind of donut place doesn't do custard filling in chocolate bars?

The donuts were amazing. Make sure you ask Sam if you can have the big donut on top of the store, it is his favorite joke and makes him laugh so hard. Also make sure you ask him for a shake. Also tell him to take a shower when he gets home because he has to be reminded or else he will forget. If you wear red sunglasses you become a varsity boys volleyball. And finally will move up and stop diving on the ground for no reason like John .

VERY rude & nasty employees. Chhakvy N (no typo) took my order. From the minute I rolled my window down, she had her face screwed up the entire interaction. She was clipped, unprofessional, & walked away from the window while I was still ordering a cup of ice water. When she returned with my donuts I said again “ice water please”. She paused, stared at me, & barked “We don’t have that! Only bottle water!” I said “Then ring up a bottled water”. I will NEVER give this place my business again! Not to mention, the donuts weren’t good.
Man love these guys, only person although she's a sweet lady idk her actual ethnicity but the Asian lady has to work on her patience and tone of voice other than that everyone and everything is perfect.

i honestly wouldn't rate a star if i had a choice! we've been coming here for years and unfortunately my experienced today will be why our family will no longer buy from them. I've always order #3 bf sandwich and depending on whose working the portion sizes change when this shouldn't be a factor, it seems to always be when the non asian worker is working things be off...they charge a fee now for flavored creamer for your coffee which is ridiculous.... had i known this i would have never bought anything and went to another shop, it wasn't till after we got our coffee and paid we tasted it and it was bland and was told they only serve half and half with their basic coffee prize if we want flavor creamer they're going to charge...mind you we paid already and i wasn't going to swipe my card for a few cents..again if this was communicated i probably would have made a better judgement of buying or adding the additional cost.long story short i will no longer do business here. they should be transparent in cost and portion.
