The chicken did not lack flavor Just a little pricey. In my opinion if you tasted Korean fried chicken. Then you have tasted them all.

Every place in this strip mall was packed on a Sunday night at 19:00 except a Japanese BBQ house and this place, Honey Dress. I love fried chicken so why not, right? The men isn't complicated but here's a primer: 1. Choose the menu item you want. 2. Choose a sauce. I normally prefer spicy foods but after trying the least spicy sauce I decided it was way too hot to be all over my food That's it. I ordered 6 drumsticks, rice cakes and a deluxe cheese fries bowl, all with the Honey Soy Garlic sauce. Tried a little bit of everything before I left just for this review. All the food was great. Looking forward to trying the other places in this strip mall but gotta admit this place will be tough to beat.

Honey Dressed Chicken in Gardena, California, never disappoints! The chicken is always perfectly prepared, and the staff, especially the Honorable Leo, are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's consistently a fantastic dining experience every time I visit. Highly recommend trying their delicious chicken!

Great place to check out. The crispy honey wings were crunchy and a great size. The flavor we liked a lot was the garlic honey. The cashier was very helpful, she walked us through the ordering process. They also have regular fried wings (lemon pepper, habanero, buffalo). We got lemon pepper and they were tasting and zesty. It's a small location, parking can be tricky and inside they have loud K-pop music which we enjoyed

Had the Deluxe Garlic soy Chicken Sandwich combo, fries are the most decent tasting thing here. Chicken is cooked well maybe just a me thing but the sweet honey that’s in EVERY choice for the chicken sandwich is over bearing wish they had a more savory option like a Louisianan style.

By far the most crunchy chicken I've ever had. I had the regular fried chicken and the mild chicken wings. The sauce is nice and sweet with a spicy. Fries are basic. You should differently try this place.

I ordered through Postmates. But it was around 8pm they close at 9. But it was obvious they just wanted me to cancel my order and close the store. I ordered dark meat 8pc but they said they were out. Then I replaced it with 10pcs naked (without sauce) but they said they can't make that. Because it won't taste good and I have to add sauce. That doesn't make sense at all!!! Won't be ordering again

First time here and let me say it was super delicious! Although I'm not a big fan of wings I would definitely come back again . The wings are so crispy and the French fries were full of yummy seasoning; 10/10

We tried the spicy and plain wings - both were incredibly crunchy and very well seasoned. The plain wings reheated like a dream in the air fryer the next day! Will def be back to try the garlic wings!

The chicken is amazing. I had the chicken sandwich with soy garlic. Breast was tender and moist. Overall flavor was great. I also had the thighs and legs with soy garlic. It was amazing. Fries were ok. Next time I will try another side.

My rating is just the average because I didn't eat there. Full disclosure I am Japanese, so this might sound racist, but the message isn't racist. 3 of us were going to eat there because I liked the Anza location so much, but I was alarmed that the place had no customers. The Tozai Plaza is Asian themed and all the other Asian places had waiting lines which means the parking lot is packed with those customers. My working theory is most Asian spots are popular because the female Asian foodies that bring their boyfriends along and Asian's tend to form large friend groups and waiting for tables is part of their social plans. A fried chicken place isn't exactly skinny female Asian friendly, so I think Honey Dress' menu and food is excellent (BTW I'm fat), they are going to be a victim of their location being wrong. The reason I don't want to eat a joint with slow customer traffic is their food sits in a refrigerator longer which I think causes freshness issues. In N Out is successful because they have a limited menu and they pump out their food when freshness is still a factor. We ended up going to Pho which is always crowded with mostly Asian customers which means they know what is good and it was good. I feel sorry for Honey Dress because I want their tempura style fried chicken to succeed because it is the best fried chicken (Anza Location) that I ever had in Torrance/Gardena. If Harry's Chop Suey was still there next door, they would have that Fried Chicken title still. If you know, you know.

Another IG find. Had the honey soy garlic wing lunch combo with fries and slaw. Wings were freshly cooked and the sauce was just sweet and savory enough, with a satisfying crunch with each bite. Fries were crispy and salty just like a like them, and they're very generous with the portion (couldn't finish all of them). Small dining room, but came in during a slow period (around 230 pm) so I sat down and listened to the YouTube music videos they had going. I don't live close, but if I'm ever in the area I'd definitely give it another try to try the other items.

I'm writing a review because this store need to be improve. First of all, I think the togo box for chicken sandwiches is wrong. It's hard to hold at first, and it's hard to eat because everything fell down. I recommend them to wrap half of it with paper like other chicken sandwiches. Second, chicken breast is much dryer than other chicken sandwich store. So the sauce doesn't go well with chicken.
