45 minute wait for a simple burger. They literally have one thing on the menu… burgers. This is absolutely unacceptable. And yes this is through the drive thru.

Took about 25 minutes to get our food only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Great employees service was excellent as was the food!
I ordered a double double combo, mustard style, extra well done fries, and a coffee as well as a milkshake, but I asked for the milkshake to only be 3/4 full because they do not make coffee shakes there and I wanted to add coffee to my vanilla shake. they confirmed the above several times and then still filled the vanilla shake all the way to the top anyway. Not a big deal, I dumped some out in a trashcan nearby, but I prefer not to waste food, hence the slight lower rating in the service category. Food was otherwise delicious as usual and I’m sure I will go back 1 million times in the future. This in and out is located in a shopping center anchored by a grocery store so there is a ton of available parking and several entrances to the parking lot, although only one entrance to the driveway. Got door tables always appear to be clean when I go to this location. This is also one of the locations of plastic straws and not cardboard, thank goodness.

I wasn't in, and out. Here's a fast-food venue that's been top shelf for years. If In-and-Out Burger, is starting to slip, we're in trouble. I arrived around midnight, 08-02-2024. Long line at their drive through, no one being waited on inside. I ordered a double double w/cheese, raw onions, no salt, strawberry shake and fries to go. No salt on the fries either. I think I waiting 30 minutes. No problem. The drive through was busy. If it hadn't been for my growling stomach, I would've threw that burger in the trash. That would've been a first. It was made like, they did it reluctantly. The shake was not enjoyable either, and the fries were luke warm. Gimmie a break. Yeah lma Angelino who lives in The Bay. What would I'd like to see improved? Worker's, do not become complacent. You work for the best fast-food burger joint in California, the last 30 years. Sure I'll continue to go to In-and-Out Burger. They're good! But not this one, at late hours. Heck, I might get that same crew.

Double double combo at $10.45! More fries than most other places serve since they serve them in a platter! They cut the fries on site from fresh potatoes, not frozen from a bag! If you don't like their fries because they don't contain chemicals, stick to other fast food joints! We love their double-double (two burgers - two slices of cheese) animal style (sautéed onions). They're always busy, so be prepared to be in line. Just wished they had some in Florida (at least Tampa)! We had a four day trip to LA / Santa Maria and ate there 3 times. Have never been disappointed from eating their food! Their shakes are rich and really good. I had the chocolate and could barely pull it through the straw it was so cold -NOT a complaint!
