Most days in n out is a 5 overall. Not today. Service was quick but my order was wrong. I asked for fries with no salt and salt was on it. I asked for 2 different burgers and that order was wrong as well. I don't know what was going on with the staff. They were not vibing together nor working together. It was a very sad experience for me.

I am for the first time in the States and I don t understand where these positive reviews came from.First of all, huge waiting line for Drive in, but this was somehow mitigated by the outside employees.The taste and quality of food was not even average comparing with other fast foods. The burgers were so simple, small and dry.The lady who handed me over the order spoke extremely fast and after that asked me if I understood. I am sure it would have been difficult to understand even for a native speaker.Never go back.

You just can't go wrong with In-N-Out. The burger is consistently good no matter where you go and the place is always clean. This place is exceptionally busy on an average night but the drive thru, even tho it's a longer line it tends to move just as fast as the shorter line inside. I think they cater more to the drive thru window than the inside counter.Vegetarian options: Grilled CheeseDietary restrictions: Protein style (lettuce wrapped).Kid-friendliness: If you have kids don't be afraid to ask for some paper hats and sticker books.
