The food was served really quick and it was good delicious. All though, they don't reveal any ingredients for the drinks which is disappointing cause we were fooled thinking their special drinks ( Watermelon punch) was carbonation. The restaurant was really homely reminding me of my home country Kenya. But the Regaee punch, jerk chicken combo, and both of their meat patties were to dieeee for ?Dietary restrictions: The food is soul food which is packed with fat and sugar, the food was perfectly salted ( barely none to some) which I enjoyed But this was definitely not healthy ?

The Food, the service, the owner manager, the place is phenomenal. The person that runs it is very polite and kind. It's a small place but very clean and spacious. The "Peppah" Sauce is authentic .

Had to try one of the only island food spots in Gardena. They have a pretty expansive menu for such small seating space. Albeit, the foods are fresh, healthy, and have good portions.

I visted this place and wanted oxtails. Upon entering the restaurant the young that was at the counter taking orders was very rude. She didn't greet me or anything. I stood there looking at her and she stood there looking at me. I finally asked for the oaxtail dinner and she walked to the cook at the door and told him. We waited about 10 minutes which wasn't bad. But when I got home and opened the container my food smelled spoiled. I paid $23 for spoiled food. I live far and couldn't drive back. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER go back to this place ever again. Its a shame that this place is giving spoiled food to people. Please dont visit this place!!!

Not a fan. I came here ordered the jerk chicken plate and two chicken patties . The lady taking my order just seemed so disinterested in taking my order, almost like I was bothering her by being there. I decided to cancel my chicken and just take the patties. The chicken patty was okay, the beef pattie was actually pretty good. I really like supporting small businesses but unfortunately I won't be going back simply because of the treatment I received from this establishment.

OMG this food was absolutely amazing!!!! When I tell you the food was delicious and the service was excellent, you can believe me. I asked Nadine at the front what would she recommend and she stated everything because it’s all good here. I hesitated and said well let me try the j*** chicken so that I can see if it’s all good, lol. I had the j*** chicken and I would most definitely recommend. After eating it Nadine I must say you were right the food was ???!! 5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid...this is your local neighborhood spot that deserves your support...I had the Curry Goat (the benchmark for all Caribbean spots)...I really enjoyed my dish...the plantains we're dry...I prefer mine softer & sweeter...the Rice & Peas were on point as well as the cabbage...I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

As a first timer at Island Reggae I must say the food left me speechless. This was good authentic jamaican food. The flavors and spices was loke a melody in my mouth. I had the curry goat and the stew peas and hands down the best I've ever had. This restaurant is a must go. The service was great. Island reggae is a hidden gem.
