Employees were great just need more than two.

Went on Friday lady taking order seem she didn't want to be there

I wouldn’t give them any stars at all so unprofessional when I got there,the order was supposed to be ready at a certain time of course,the employees were talking and playing around.The employees that were making the sandwiches knew I was waiting for the sandwiches,so they decided to leave it behind the counter and just left,so rude,no customer service at all.So I had to wave an employee so I can get my food.

This place is a mess. I ordered 4 sandwiches for pick up. Arrived at the time I was told and ended up waiting 20min for the sandwiches. They hadn't even started them when I arrived.

Also loved watching one of the employees walk in picking their nose before stepping behind the counter to make sandwiches.

I was the only customer in the store, the employees felt comfortable for whatever reason to loud talk about their gossip and company politics. I don't want to hear these types of conversations while trying to enjoy my food and night out.

Hazel was so professional and helpful! My mom literally told me about this location and I was not disappointed. My order was made EXACTLY the way I wanted and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Mikki is also welcoming and friendly! Super cool!

It was such a great experience I left my phone and once I walked back inside Hazel and Mikki were handing it to me immediately. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION FOR Jersey Mike’s ❤️ Thanks ladies.

I love this place . The manager and assistant manager are great. They are friendly and are surrounded by the friendliest staff. The sandwiches are extremely good and keeps you coming back. This place reminds me when it first opened and it feels brand new again. Jersey Mike is the best.

Took half hour came in at 7:29 left around 8pm the night crew is just chitchatting and did not bother starting the order until I had to ask 3 people how much longer for the order to be made. And they just started making it after half hour, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. The order was just 1 sandwich and lays chips and it took forever because they just keep talking and talking and not bothering to begin the order besides others that were in line. There was literally like only 2 people in line and 5 staff members that could have made it in like 2 minutes.

Second time I’ve been here where it takes forever to get my food. They seriously need to figure out a better way to handle pick up orders and ppl who are waiting in line.Food was decent at least

It's always great going to jersey Mike's...get an original Italian with red relish pepper sauce oh my goodness flavor!
They finally red sauce relish you can buy in the jar now!
