Came in here on a slower night, seemed as though we were not welcomed. Staff didn't greet us, nor did they seem excited to see us . It was about 830pm, so rather later, and I thought that maybe they close at 9pm so they were upset. Later I found out they don't close until 10pm. My son ordered the chocolate ice cream and he loved it! My husband ordered the captain crunch ice cream and he loved it as well. I ordered a Thai tea and told her the staff no brown sugar , she ignored me. I ended up throwing away my drink, and they get 2 stars only because my family liked their ice cream.

omg! This was so yummy! Came here for dessert and haven't had rolled icecream in a while and this one impressed me. Out of the 10 or so flavors, I chose the strawberry one. They will freeze cream and strawberry and roll it in front of you, so cool! I loved that they added a little bit of graham crackers because that matches so well with the strawberry flavor. Rolled icecream seemed a bit different from regular icecream, it had this lighter and milkier feel to it. it was around $11 with tax for rolled icecream and unlimited toppings (to the top of the cup) Loved it overall

Came here after dinner. Open late and the chocolate monkey and strawberry. It's really good. Good price

Went for a ice cream not the cleanest inside but it was full inside so i guess that was the reason but the ice cream was good, the staff was very helpful and kind but it was kinda quiet at the same time the place could use a bit of music at least some background music but overall cool vibes

What an atrocious experience. I came in remembering that back in the day this place was really sought after for ice cream rolls. I was excited to bring my boyfriend but WOW. There was extremely unfriendly staff behind the counter and register. The man behind the counter had an attitude and kept asking "anything else" super annoyed. We ordered 2 items for $16 but was told there's a $20 minimum for card charges. We honestly just left and how unwelcoming the staff felt. And the ridiculous fact that there's a $20 MINIMUM for card... taking my business elsewhere. Kindness isn't expensive, work on your customer service.

Negative 8C -8C in CaliforniaNot sure how to say this. I do not read all signs in a business because if we did we would be there for a while especially in a desert place. Long story short is if you do not use cash then you need to spend $20 to use a card? I get trying to screw Uncle Sam but sending business out the door because I am alone and have no need for $20 of deserts is baffling to me as a fellow business owner.I hope the owner reads this and understands some people are not locals that know your rules. Just a FYI, I travel the world for business and I have NEVER seen a minimum over $5 to use a card.I hate leaving a negative review but after my drive and wait in line to be told NO, it caused me to take time and leave this.

This place made me sick. Red flag immediately when the register said $20 minimum for using card. Not sure where this place thinks it is, or what year it is, but people hardly carry cash post COVID. Our order was $17, but they wouldn't let us tip the remaining $3 , so against our better judgement we just paid the remainder in "extra charges". The manager had kind of a nasty attitude about it too. My ice cream had an initial 'extra charge' of 50¢ to mix in Oreo, but I think they literally added a single cookie. It was hardly present lol. Then they just ask you what toppings you want at the end ?? I got Oreos on top and could have added any additional toppings I wanted for free? Why charge for add ins at all? Such a disorganized mess. Not that I finished what I got anyway, I took about 4 bites and had to stop. It tasted sour and weird, like the cream was old or something. I've been pretty nauseous since eating it. The milk tea was mediocre, too bitter and the boba was hard and not chewy at all. Despite the cute decor it was dead quiet (awkward) and the bathroom was so nasty. Do not recommend this spot. Save your time, money, and stomach.

If you are looking for a good rolled ice cream, make sure to check out this place! The ice cream is a little bit on the pricey end but they put a lot of ice cream enough for two people. They also allow a number of toppings in which I believe there is no limit. I recommend trying the Lost in Thailand, which is Thai tea ice cream. Most authentic thai tea ice cream you can find, and with toppings makes a perfect and sweet dessert. Service is okay, sometimes I get a little bit of sass when I walk in an hour before they close lol but nothing horrible. I don't blame them though, because I feel like I've seen the tip jar full for a long time and it hasn't been distributed yet to the workers. The ambiance is pretty mellow, and it is very well designed in the inside. Highly recommend!

Tried this place on a whim. Glad we did. Decorations are a bit weird and not very comfortable. The staff was nice and the Ice Cream Rolls were very good. They need some music or something in that place though. Again, the desserts were very good.

This place was the new thing back in the day so I decided to stop by.. I loved the concept of the rolled ice cream! Today I got the matcha and Oreo ice cream and it was delicious. I did notice the consistency was different from when I had it before pre corona. The service is great but I could tell they were new to their job. That could possibly be the reason it was not as creamy. I will give it another shot in the future!

Ice cream roll spot in the Tokyo Central plaza. Came here for dessert after dinner at Sweet Rice nearby. Note there’s a credit card minimum of $20. Otherwise cash is accepted. Ice creams with unlimited toppings are $9 each so we opted for extra Oreos for one of the ice creams, which was the equivalent of two extra Oreos. I got the matcha flavor while my friend got the Oreo flavor. The taste wasn’t as sweet as I was hoping for and the wafers were stale. I did appreciate that they have fruits available as an option. Plenty of seating available inside. Free parking available in the parking lot.

The decorations in here were super nice and Instagram worthy. They make your rolled ice cream fresh in front of you and they have many different flavors to choose from. The size is also quite generous, which should be for the price hehe. When they're done with rolling they call your name to pick out your toppings. When you get to the topping bar you tell the employee what toppings to put inside. The toppings are endless, you can tell them to put as much or as little of anything as you like. They have many syrups, fruits, candy, cookies, and more. In my first visit, I found the information about eligible toppings a bit unclear. When I informed the staff that I was done selecting, the ice cream was placed in front of me. Before touching it, I asked about additional toppings and was told they were eligible as well. However (WARNING!!!), I was surprised to learn that once the ice cream was placed on the counter, it couldn't be taken back, even though I hadn't touched it yet. I kindly mentioned it was my first time, and they were understanding enough to take it back and add the toppings I desired. It would have been smoother if the staff had initially explained which toppings were eligible, avoiding any confusion about the rules later on.

This place was so delicious. It's very kid friendly, super nice staff. It's $9 the ice cream but it also includes toppings of choice. Would come back!
