We went here via drive through. The food was good, but the parking lot was a bit hectic trying to get out and finding parking. The person (Misha) who gave our food to us gave a stink eye to my wife. Staff needs to be more courteous to their customers.

They say they close at 11pm but I showed up at 10:50pm for a to go meal before they closed and they already had all the doors locked and chairs on the tables with the store fully closed at 10:50pm instead of 11pm.

Panda express if you want to continue to stay in business YOU need to start putting these la Zy unprofessional workers in check! Especially on their behavior towards closing. I came 30 minutes to closing to order some food and I really wanted some wontons to give to my mom for a late night snack. They talking about the fryers aren’t working or they turned off. Why are you turning anything off before you guys close? When has society changed the idea of closing? Closing means everything is open until you close at 11:00 I could understand coming in at like 10:59 but I came a whole 30 minutes and still you wouldn’t service me properly? It literally takes six minutes to make wontons by the way😅 you wasted my gas and you waste of my time coming out there purposely not having something available because you don’t want to close it later. Then the drive-through was closed before it’s even 11 o’clock…. like this is absolutely ridiculous. What if I had a disability I have to go through the drive-through and you guys just closing it earlier for no reason just because you want to leave earlier. They wanna leave early even though they’re getting paid to be there. I worked with fast food, and I never tried to cheapen somebody’s experience simply because they came LATER. Then the food was nasty and cold. You guys are gonna compensate me or you guys are gonna get a charge back on this order for making me sick and wasting my time. Get it together because these workers are costing you more than you think! They do not care about the company or even trying to make Customer experiences good. To top it off I believe if I was blonde haired blue-eyed they wouldn’t even have declined me. They would’ve went back there and made the food like they’re supposed to! I feel like they pick and choose who to say no to, but I just wasn’t the one this time. I will not be supporting panda again until this issue was resolved. If you don’t want to service people late then don’t stay open late????? I will also be making sure my review makes it to the Better Business Bureau for compensation because I’m so tired of the Unprofessionalism. And this is not at one location they are doing this at multiple locations. This is a panda express issue.

I just asked for a side of orange chicken and honey sesame and expected to have them in single boxes. I opened the large plate, and found the food to be completely just thrown in there. The portions were uneven...Didn't even bother to neatly put it in the box and the lady at the window didn't even look at me while handing the food out. Just chatting with her coworker while the bag was sideways and almost spilling the food out of the bag. Terrible and lazy. I got there between 5pm - 6pm 4/26. I'm just disappointed and won't be going back to that location.

This is usually my go to store but today was the worst I got dinner for me and my husband and both got orange chicken and walnut shrimp and let me tell you the orange chicken was so hard and hard to chew it was over cooked and so was the honey walnut shrimp it was over cooked and to dry and didn’t have flavor on how much they over cooked it even the peanuts were hard. You pay extra $1.50 for the walnut shrimp so I expect it to be good. Never again coming here.

The service is pretty good, usually quick. Portion sizes vary depending on the visit. The quality of the chicken is always terrible. Each time I’ve visited this location, I thought it was just an off day. I’m finally able to admit that the chicken quality is just terrible. I tried my husband’s steak dish as well and I didn’t think this was up to par either. I believe the shrimp are ok, but from my experience with the chicken, I don’t trust the shrimp either.

I got one plate and two kids meals one of the kids meals came with no entry. I called the store and no answer what an experience haha lets pay a little more attention.

I ordered the grilled chicken and it was definitely not cooked enough. That raw chicken did not sit well with my stomach.
Another time they served me some funky tasting orange chicken.

Horrible service... I came by here for my work assignment on 12/20/24 at 6:40 pm during lunch. It never fails how cheap and stingy they are with the hot sauce and worse didn't give me the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Never will give this place my business ever again. The staff at the register refused to give me the condiments after I politely asked a few times. "It's already in the bag"???? Horrible just Horrible never again.

Stole a donation from me at the drive thru. I was told the total over the intercom but when I actually received my receipt they had added a donation on top of it.
I had to specifically request my receipt and they told me their printer at the drive thru was broken. I asked them to print it at the front register. The drive thru attendant took a few minutes but printed and gave me the receipt at my insistence. After I received the receipt and I noticed that there was an unauthorized donation added.

This store is usually my go-to store to go to. I visited the store today and I then bring my plate home to enjoy my meal when to my surprise I find a bug hidden in my beef and broccoli. Is it not standard to wash veggies before being served?? Disgusting.

The quality standards in the products should be better, I went to the store to report my case and they just told me that they would refund my money. I hope for good compensation for the bad time they put me through.
I will never eat panda again in my life.
