I used to love this place for many years. Probably from 2010 to 2024. Later something is wrong. They must have different owners now because you don’t even get a third of what you used to in size. And the egg rolls have been burnt the last three times I’ve ordered them. Plus, a lot of times it’s running late. Like behind over 30 mins. I have finally decided to not order from here anymore.

Brisket Banh mi is epic, Pho is very good. My wife & I love coming to this place and every friend we've taken has loved it... especially the brisket Bahn mi :)

Really bad service… I just came to pick up a to go order (which they said would be ready already) and I’ve been waiting 10 mins to pay and get my food. Waitress sees me and other ppl in the front waiting and doesn’t even acknowledge us… the food was decent got the grilled lemongrass pork banh mi but still not sure I’ll be back

This place used to be so good but recently my past three visits haven’t been the same. my last takeout order they overcharged me. I said whatever and didn’t even make a big deal over it because I come here so much then today I ordered eggrolls and they burnt them. I called to see if I could get a refund for the food and they didn’t want to give me A name couldn’t to a manager who could help me they just took down my number and said somebody would reach out to me. I hope they do because I’m a little upset at this point. If I don’t hear back I will do a chargeback with my bank

I've been going to this place for almost 10 years and it's changed dramatically in terms of the dining experience. They never went back to normal after switching to only takeout during COVID restrictions.
The food is delicious as always. Flavorful, savory pho broth and a great bowl all around. But they switched to a takeout-first restaurant, and dine-in is an afterthought. Frankly there is terrible service.
Now instead of being seated and then ordering, you wait in line to order up front then wait. There's no signage so I assumed I was waiting behind people picking up to-go orders to be seated. So, we asked to be seated but she asked for our order. You have no time to look at the menu, which has also changed. I usually just get the beef pho so I went with that there but definitely no time to look for something new to try unless you plan ahead and look at the menu online.
The biggest problem is they failed to mentioned that our two bowls of pho would take 40 minutes to come out. In the meantime they were packaging up dozens of large to-go orders. Even then, half of the people in the dining room were folks sitting at tables waiting for their to-go orders.
The atmosphere is different too since now there are tables dedicated to staging the to-go orders so the dining area feel like it is partially a storage area, and there were boxes piled up. Between that and people just sitting around in the middle definitely makes it feel like less of a sit down place.
So, delicious pho, bad experience. Either order it ahead, to-go or just go to one of the other great pho places nearby. There's at least a half dozen more within a mile that I'd recommend.

love the Food but service has been going downhill. its been multiple times where I call to place in order and I never get threw.. I once called for 1 hour and finally drive up just to have me place my order first before being seated and now since you have to pay first and tip first for horrible service.....being in the restaurant i decided to call to just to witness him pick up and hang up immediately everytime I called...side not they no longer have they best chicken egg rolls....they are store bought now... sad to witness the fall of a great pho spot

I’ve been coming to Pho Ever in Gardena for over 10 years, and their food is always delicious and consistent. I usually get the rare steak pho, but this time I tried the tofu banh mi and the sampler spring rolls — both were fresh and tasty. The servers were friendly, and I like their comfortable booth seating. Unfortunately, they forgot our order, so we ended up waiting about 50 minutes for our food.

i HATE writing bad reviews but this place is just run by a bunch of kids with no sense of urgency 🥲. Super hot in there with no AC so you’re sweating the whole time you’re eating. Brought our order out twice, since it was wrong the first time. Whatever sides like lemon and spouts are prepped by the same cashiers without any gloves and hand washing. Waited 25 minutes for 2 spring rolls after our order was finished. Food was super good though, employees weren’t rude or anything, but just super bad service and speed. So disappointed considering my best friend hyped this place up all week😩
Food was super good , customer service is super bad they have underage kids working laughing while not taking orders , waited 20 minutes to take my order and 30 minutes to bring my food and it was the wrong order so waited more time . No type of sanitizing , infection control it was very disgusting no gloves I left my food and left because it was way too warm in the restaurant and underage kids just messing up my order. I used to be loyal customer but it’s not worth coming back. Bad customer service

They give you a roll of paper towels to use for napkins, they have no table waiters, you order at the front door then go to your seat and wait for your food which took over 40 minutes. You get no plates or utensils Taxes is supposed to be 10.25% they charge 10.50%. You pay $3 for 1 small cup of tea and they have no sugar for the tea. You are lucky to get kitchen silver ware if you ask. I will never come here again!!!! Bad Service!!@

I love this place.. but I give it 3 stars because on the internet they put that this store closes at 8:00pm. I came for lunch at 2:00pm and the stuff said it’s closed. Please fix this because there are costumers that drive 30mins like me just to get here. Be mindful of people’s time.
