My brother and I went to Pho Hoan Pasteur with high expectations as they had high ratings on Yelp.
He ordered the regular sized steak and tendon pho. He found one piece of tendon in the entire bowl, so he was disappointed. The taste of the pho broth was just OK... not the best, nor the worst he's ever had.
I had the grilled shrimp bun and it came with two egg rolls. I was disappointed as rice noodles were all broken. It felt as though the bowl was filled...

THE BEST VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT EVER IN A PRIMARILY HISPANIC AREA‼️‼️ As a Vietnamese-Chinese person myself, that was beautiful. I ordered the satay pho, and I’ve never had a dish like this before. I love the noodle texture and meat. The soup is a little spicy and sweet, not as spicy as it appears. Ask for chili paste and add it 😊 My father ordered the Pho Brisket and that was really good too. Soft, delicious meat, noodles, and soup. Service was normal pretty good...
