Decent wifi junkie/laptop/study spot with 3-4tables near outlets. $5 minimum to use credit card. Hash brown are basically tater tots in a cup full for $5, stuffed bag full of popcorn chicken for $6.50, and medium teas for $3.75+.

Good customer service, drinks, and popcorn chicken. Parking is a little annoying, because it's underground.
Chill spot to study and the boba is really chewy. I like it
