Every time I come here they try to sneak in an extra charge .. I’ll order small and try to give me a large or medium ..
I’ll order chicken bites and I have to pay to get ANY sauce (not extra ) .. which is odd at least give me one ..
I’m honestly convinced they’re just racist .. I’m plenty friendly and come enough .. I have to order on intercom cuz always mess up my walk up order

Dont think about coming here ever ! One of their worst locations filled with kids and idiots they have 2 drive thru lanes open but only attend one due to lack of knowledge or any brain cells probably. While waiting in first lane a scronny little kid comes puts a cone down to close lane while laughing and playing around. Then they have a automated machine to take orders because they cant even handle that let alone take an order. Worst experience ever ! 0-10 stars

"Welcome to Rally's! How may I assist you today?" she chirped with all the warmth of a robotic barista. I half expected her to ask if I wanted to pair my fries with a side of existential crisis. But as I navigated my order through this futuristic chatbot, I couldn’t help but be charmed. I mean, who wouldn’t want to order a Baconzilla from a virtual assistant? It felt like I was participating in some bizarre culinary episode of "Black Mirror."

Food was disappointing. Tpain meal is a pain in the assssssssssssss. And they have the nerve to have him purchased 1 on commercial. That is not a go to snac. The fries and chiccen is like they were sauced with oil. And just overcooked for no reason. The lil slider , burger has more fresh veggies than burger. They should of promoted a lettuce wrap with lil baby patty. And over greased over cooked fries and chiccen pieces. Btw they had just opened and I requested fresh fries and chiccen no where to sit inside. Only outside dining with homeless people and birds. So now I feel obligated to get cuz something
