To say thank you to this gal, is such an understatement for this specific employee.. Her name is Alexandra, and she never fails me with her amazing energy in the morning. Top tier customer service (Drive through ) I have been a customer at this specific Starbucks for over six+ years. Shout out to Crystal at Starbucks great customer service. She always has a smile on her face greeting customers to jumpstart your morning. I always order a strawberry açai with lemonade, which is my favorite drink and every morning Crystal give it to me with encouraging words wow! Customer service
For the most part I usually have a pretty standard experience with this Starbucks. However, sometimes they completely forget to put the espresso in my drink and I end up with warm milk. Maybe about 4 times now. I don’t notice until I’m already halfway to work and I take my first sip. So, that sucks because I spent money and didn’t get my caffeine.
