I came on Friday evening through the drive through and I asked if I can get a cup of water, I was told that I had to buy something in order to receive water but I didn’t have enough money and was desperate because I had to take my medication and really needed it! the kind lady at the window with glasses she had such a sweet personality told me that it’s part of their policy which I understood but I heard someone telling her that I can’t have it because I have to buy something! And they seemed so rude about it! And then the lady at the window told me that next time it does require for me to make a purchase and that she’ll grant me my water but the following visit I now understand I will make a purchase!!! SHOUTOUT to the lady at window thank you for being OPEN MINDED AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY MEDICATION

Awful service. They made me buy something just to use the bathroom. Then I waited over 5 minutes at the register with no other customers in the store — and still got ignored. Bathroom was filthy. Never coming back.

Ok so I really don’t like given bad reviews I always go to this ⭐️ Starbucks is the closest one to my house but this is the second time I go there this week I really don’t know was going with the drinks doesn’t taste great at I do see new employees keep it up team you guys got this!!!

I go here and get my usual, double smoked bacon sandwich & venti Carmel frap. You are welcomed at the drive thru by a cheerful person ready to take your order. Only thing is , when I ask for extra carmel, I want extra carmel. The checkout line moves pretty good and is a simple, tap and go. I will be back and maybe I can get my extra carmel. 😊

Some people complain but I like it souch I'm there like everyday.i actually really like the people that work here and I think they do a wonderful job. They make sure you're happy. And I actually feel relaxed and comfortable here more than any other place around here .

I was there on Tuesday may 27th between 545pm to 610pm. The service was awful, person at register was rude, and I bought a frapuccino mocha, only receive a glass full of foam. Whit a cynical smile from the woman who gave me that thing , trowed to trash.
I love chocolate 🍫 and the mocha cookie crumb from Starbucks. Super sweet and a good treat. If I could not control myself, I would eat this after every meal. I always try to resist the temptation... and I do resist, and it's painful. I appreciate the service here. 🙏.
