I go here and get my usual, double smoked bacon sandwich & venti Carmel frap. You are welcomed at the drive thru by a cheerful person ready to take your order. Only thing is , when I ask for extra carmel, I want extra carmel.
The checkout line moves pretty good and is a simple, tap and go.
I will be back and maybe I can get my extra carmel. 😊
Some people complain but I like it souch I'm there like everyday.i actually really like the people that work here and I think they do a wonderful job. They make sure you're happy. And I actually feel relaxed and comfortable here more than any other place around here .
I was there on Tuesday may 27th between 545pm to 610pm. The service was awful, person at register was rude, and I bought a frapuccino mocha, only receive a glass full of foam. Whit a cynical smile from the woman who gave me that thing , trowed to trash.
I love chocolate 🍫 and the mocha cookie crumb from Starbucks. Super sweet and a good treat. If I could not control myself, I would eat this after every meal. I always try to resist the temptation... and I do resist, and it's painful.
I appreciate the service here. 🙏.

Worst place to order from in the morning, if you don't have a car and are in a rush to catch a bus for work. Today, I pre-ordered a food and drink for in person pick-up and headed over to the place, arriving a minute after the expected pick-up time. The doors were locked, even though the store hours online and on the door of the store say it opens at 5 am. It was 5:52 am when I was outside knocking on the door trying to get the staff's attention. One staff member saw me and quickly looked away while another continued to make drinks. I was knocking loudly repeatedly for about 3 minutes before the girl taking the drive thru orders turned around and signaled that I needed to wait 3 minutes for someone to come over and help me. I know 3 minutes passed because it was 5:55 am when I checked at the time after that girl signaled to me. I was in a hurry to catch my bus which is across the street and arriving in 6 minutes by that point, but thought it wouldn't be so bad to wait since I could see the food part of my order, along with other orders, waiting in the in person pick-up section and assumed they were making my drink when I didn't spot it on the counter. Then, the lady that wouldn't even look at me when I was knocking and trying to signal that my order was right there on the counter, finally comes over to a door, but it isn't the door I'm at and she starts walking back to the area where she came from because I'm not at the door she went toward, until I started knocking and waving again. Then she just looked at me like I was annoying and dumb and pointed at the door she was near. I then ran to the door she was near, just for her to take her time walking to the door and to tell me that they don't open until 6 am, when it clearly says 5 am on the sign by the door she is standing in front of. I then told her "I am here to pick up my order," giving her my name, and she just rolls her eyes and walks away after telling me to wait outside. I see her grab my food item and start walking toward me, but then she goes and places it back to where she got it and goes somewhere else. I realized then, that nobody even made my drink during the time it took me to get to the store and then get ignored, but they were somehow able to get drinks done for all the drive thru people and other people who hadn't arrived to pick-up their order from the walk-in counter. At that point, I really just wanted to ask for my food item and just leave, but as it was a pre-order, it was already paid for, and I wasn't going to just throw away my money because someone was too lazy to actually do their job. When my drink was finally done, instead of the lady grabbing my food item from from the worker side of the counter, which is faster since she's already on that side and can easily grab the food item, she goes all the way around the counter to the order pick-up spot, still walking slowly, and then makes her way toward me. She didn't even say anything when she opened the door to give me my items. She just looked me up and down, so I just grabbed my order and said "thank you" because I didn't have time to argue with her and someone had arrived to pick-up their order, so I didn't want to waste their time, just like mine was. After that, I missed my bus, and I couldn't even enjoy my food and drink as my mood had been ruined by that employee. At that point, I just wished I had my money and time back. It was even more upsetting as I hadn't had any problems with order pick-up whenever I went in the afternoon. The other workers I've met at different hours and days were so nice and speedy with my order. It's the reason I thought it'd be okay to do an order pick-up on an important day, early in the morning, when I needed to get breakfast and caffeine the most. The point of order pick-up is to be able to walk in, grab your order, and go. It shouldn't take more than three minutes to get your order after it is marked as ready for pickup. It really makes

I live near this Starbucks I go here on a regular in the drive tru I always order the same drink every single time ! Some days they make my juice exactly right and many other days is awful! I always have to tell them please do not add water in my Dragonfruit Lemonade Juice, they would answer back and tell me we do not add any water ! Then why does my drink taste like water majority of the times if I wanted water on ice then I would order just water ! This is ridiculous it makes no sense that this keeps happening! I have to ask every time is Edward there because he is the only one that seems to know how to make the juice ! This needs to stop like I want juice not water juice !
