This subway always interprets the coupon incorrectly and doesnt allow me to use the coupon. The staff is spanish speaking only so they dont understand the terms of the coupon. The coupon excludes getting wraps, mexicali, monster, and a few other sandwiches. The staff would not allow me to get the boss or the outlaw sandwich. She claimed i could only build my own.

Never had any issues here. Friendly staff. Sandwiches are usually well built sans sometime not enough mustard. Btw, don't forget to try their chocolate chip cookies. They're really good especially if you happen to be there when a fresh batch just comes out of their oven.

I was in store at 9:30pm, while the closing time was 10:00pm & the "manager " told me I wasn't allow to sit down and eat because they were "closed already ". I have worked at fast food restaurants before and we were always told that even if a customer comes in one minute before closing time we had to make sure customer gets service. Besides that the "manager " didn't have no attitude what so ever closing the store 30 minutes early, and to be the "manager" seems like she must be really close to the regional manager.!

Food order was ready earlier than expected when ordered online. Tuna sandwich was fine but my tuna sandwich was soggy with an over abundance of oil, vinegar, and mustard slopped on it. Edible but not put together with a whole lot of care. For those ordering at night, be aware that the lot is dim and not very visible from the street so safety is a concern. There is an e-gaming business next door but windows are blacked out so you wouldn't get much help if you are approached by hoodlums in the parking lot. The Subway is not visible from any other nearby businesses either. Just be alert there after dark.

We went to get dinner for the night at this location on Dalton Ave & Artesia Blvd, with coupon 3 foot longs for $ 17.99. Ended up paying $ 33.05. Because the coupon I gave has been used by someone else (?). I never understood why. Unless, the mail carrier used the coupon and put it in my mailbox. I paid the full price.

Dead insects with webs on them and the place was really dirty ... the people were nice that's the only pro about it. Did not eat here and went to a different one.

I went inside asking how much it was for a foot-long and I was told that it just depends on what I wanted to order. So I told him from him if I get it soon a sandwich it would be nine dollars he said. So I try to get cookies and the cookies on cell. This guy would not take his eyes off of me I told him I don't like his attitude and he's with you leaving alone until I left the store and I told him I do not want you talking to me or watching me he is and I said I don't understand why would you watch me leave when I don't want to talk to you. Learn how to let someone else take the order. Because I don't have anything from you guys why would I come by but I haven't tried the food

"System was down" so they weren't accepting cash. Didn't have the initial sub I wanted. It was getting near closing time so everything was put away, she obviously was bothered because me and another customer was there... just bad customer service...

Been coming to this location for a couple of years now since its the closest to me. Employees are always nice and move quickly with the orders. Recently been ordering online and it's convenient. Orders have always been ready by the timeframe they give me. Haven't had any errors on my orders- it's a good subway location.
