Excellent sushi. Great fish to start. Excellent preparation.
Been to dozens and dozens of sushi places, even in Japan. This place has the highest quality I’ve ever had, extremely impressed. Ignore the Nancies, best sushi you’ll ever eat!
Finding an authentic sushi spot in the US run by a Japanese chef feels increasingly rare these days. While I don't believe a chef's nationality strictly dictates their capability—by that logic, only French people could cook French food—the scarcity of these traditional spots made me search even harder. That extra effort led me to Toshi Sushi in Gardena, and it was entirely worth it.

The appetizers and salads are also delightful. The service is exceptional, with attentive and courteous staff. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Regulars are pleased with its reopening in Gardena after moving from Little Tokyo. The staff is accommodating and ensures a pleasant dining experience, even during power outages. Customers enjoy the fresh and delicious sushi, including the yellowtail roll, spicy tuna roll, and red dragon roll, at reasonable prices. The restaurant's dedication to quality and service keeps diners coming back.
