Sushi Yoko is an excellent sushi spot with fresh fish. The albacore delight, yellowtail fashion roll, and ex boyfriend roll are highly recommended, with the ex boyfriend roll being spicy. The ambiance is nice, with a dark setting and a comfortable atmosphere that makes guests forget the outside world. Sitting at the bar offers a personalized experience, where the staff provides fantastic attention, making diners feel like they are the only guests in the restaurant. The food is absolutely phenomenal, with rolls that are awesome and nigiri that is next level. The nigiri is topped with fresh and delicious wasabi, requiring no soy sauce. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a great vibe in this small place. Sushi, tapoyaki, and chicken karagge are amazing, and the chicken katsu is fresh and crunchy. Chef Jeff, Erik, and Rick are skilled sushi chefs who take pride in their preparation and presentation. The chicken teriyaki is flavorful and cooked perfectly, while the salmon is beautiful, moist, and pink. The Thai coconut shrimp roll is unique and loaded with texture, and the volcano roll is spicy and savory. The prices are absolutely worth it, making this the best spot to eat in the plaza. The service is beyond good, ensuring a delightful dining experience that keeps customers coming back.
