I went to the restaurant around 3 p.m. and the hostess-server immediately asked if I was picking up the order, I said «no», but apparently she didn’t hear it and continued to do something on the computer. There were only two people behind the bar, but she stubbornly pretended to be busy. Five minutes later, I started saying «excuse me...» again, to which she interrupted my phrase and said «wait». In 10 minutes, she finally asks «what’s your name? What order?» I didn’t understand at all why she decided that I was taking something, I just wanted to eat. And I said «can I have a table for one», after which she immediately became friendly and began to smile. I don’t understand why this attitude. Of course, I will not return to this restaurant again. And I stayed there because I was very hungry and didn’t want to go to another one.

This is a secret gem in Gardena! The prices are great for the quality and quantity of food. Between the group, we had several types of rolls, Ramen and salmon. It was thumbs up across the board. If you life sushi, you should give them a try!

Love the food from this place but I am super upset with the customer service on the phone. I called Feb.8 2025 (Saturday) around 8:40pm to order pickup…online they say they open Saturdays till 9:30pm…I called and the lady in the phone told me they were closing.
I called again today Feb.14 2025 to order pickup. The lady on the phone put me on hold…completely forgot about me and hung up. I called 3 times after that, and no response…
So upsetting because I know the owner Jeff would be upset about that type of service.

Chef Jeff, Erik and Rick all amazing at sushi and it’s top quality fish. Always amazed with what they can make for me off the menu. Sitting at the bar is the way to best enjoy this place.
