Over $100 when we would have normally spent maybe $70 not a big deal since everyone's trying to recoup from being closed during the shutdown. If you're going to inflate the prices to make up for business at least have decent food. The crab legs were ridiculously over salted I at 3 legs I tried one from the second batch and they were just as bad. This is the 3rd time in a row that salt content is ridiculous. The 1st and 2nd time we thought maybe it was an off day or a different cook, but this obviously is an ongoing issue they have. The shrimp were mushy beyond belief the crab legs looked strange. I would not give a bad review but I tried calling to let them know and the phone just rings or goes to voicemail. I stopped eating my food and ate my son's cheeseburger from McDonald's that lets you know how bad it was I'm sick to my stomach.

I ordered 2 foods and I was almost begging for some ranch for my food. They showed me too much attitude before giving me some souse. The calamari and shrimp fries was awful. If you are hungry and there is no other place open, go here, but if you want to enjoy your meal, don’t even think going here.

I walked in for 2 and Irvin say to us that we would only have to order to go because they closing early when because of maintenance it was like 12 ppl dining in and just got they plate so i said out loud today is not my day because my day wasn't going good and he caught a attitude and was being aggressive about me saying that I was wondering why and I said I wasn't talking to you I was just speaking out loud then he attempted to refuse service from us when we wasn't about to eat any more after said that and I ask who is the supervisor he said he was and he want us to leave or he calling the cops o stated ok I will once u provide me with the corporate number he said no he won't give it to me I ask can I speak with someone else above you he said no get out I was appalled and shocked like what is going on we didn't do anything and I am willing to leave once I get the corp number to make a complaint about this unfair situation that I didn't under stand why he was so aggressive to us so the young lady Ashley absolutely was so great to us and figured everything out as a server that she was and she handle the problem to professional and respectful are greatly appreciate her she should be a supervisor or a manager he Irvin should not be a manger as he say he is and handle any situation as he did I work with and I work with people and never once I act the way he did even if the customer is out of hand and any situation you have to remain professional and enjoy your other time you've been aggressive and loud and yelling does not make the situation better please do better Irvin or maybe more training so after we left it was too young ladies that walked in and got service and sat down to eat I was so totally upset and confused on why we didn't get service this is so unfair we got turned away before we even got greeted
The mechelada was good the house sauce was ok I think it needs a Lil more thickness it was to watery.

From the moment we arrived they took our bill but they gave us the entire order. My daughter had to go ask for what was missing. After that, no one approached us to offer anything else. Every time we needed something, my daughters had to get up to ask for us. I ordered a beer and it never arrived, but when I paid, they charged me for it. I feel that their service was terrible. I will not return to this place.

We fell in love with Louisiana-style seafood at Crab Hut in San Diego. Ever since we moved to Redondo Beach, we've been on the hunt for a good place. We thought we found it at Crab Shack, and tried it in both Carson and Gardena. Unfortunately, the shrimps and mussels were mushy in Carson, and all the clams went bad in Gardena, as you can see in the picture. We had to throw away 2 lbs of clams - what a waste of money. We won't be returning to any Crab Shack location.

They don't answer the phone!
I order two lbs of crawfish to go with sauce in the side and I was not please with the food, crawfish over cooked so when you try to crack it open it just mash out like potatoes. The potatoes were good. They gave very little sauce it wasn’t even enough for one bag of crawfish and I order two whole bags of food,

The worst! I have a family gathering bought food to carry out when I get home I’m missing fries and rice I live 45 mini away! Not going back.
We had the fried fish, fried shrimp and oysters. They were pretty. Seasoned well for fish and shrimp. Feels like a fast food place but food is better.There’s plenty of parking.
