I was craving some ramen and decided to check this spot out with my sister. I loved the vibe coming in and the workers were incredibly nice. The guy working there recommended the Shoyu Ramen and it was soo good. The broth was very flavorful and the pork was tender. I’m so glad I tried it out!

This has quickly become my favorite ramen place. The flavors coat your mouth in all the right ways, their chashu is out of this world good, very tender and juicy. The amazing food is only outweighed by the outstanding customer service, when I go here I feel like I don’t have to worry about being forgotten ❤️
Went there at 5:30pm on a Sunday I was referred by a friend since it’s near by, I got it to go few months ago and this time I dined they had the special ramen for $15.00 so I sat down then the rude owner or the cook told the waiter that they did not have it today which that is the reason I went there to try it. I did not like there attitude they said sorry but they could of substitute it wi something else or hook it up similar but they did not I should of left that place but I just ordered the regular miso ramen which was ok, and they don’t take cash which is stupid. I paid with card but the point was to pay cash. This place has terrible service I should have not left an any tip when I think about now. Will not refer anyone to go there. Overpriced one of the worst Japanese restaurants I ever experienced. Will never go back it’s their loss.

Been here a couple of times.
Have tried the Spicy Miso Ramen, Tomizo Bowl (served 5 bowl a night, dinner time only), Karage, etc. everything was great.
Spice Levels are good 1-5, default is no spice.
One recommendation for the restaurant is - when a customer asks for spice at a particular level, we often expect the ramen to come with the spice mixed it and not on the side ... Mixed-in spice always tastes better than trying to mix the spice in the bowl which already is full to the brim with broth, noodles and chashu.
Apart from that, service was top notch, restaurant was clean and friendly.
Definitely recommend this for ramen lovers

Ranked 46 out of 100 California ramen shops on Yelp, Tomizo Ramen has been on my culinary radar, and I finally had the chance to see what they're all about.
I had quite the dilemma, deciding on whether I wanted to choose Tomizo's Miso Butter Corn Scallop ramen, or their namesake Tomizo ramen. The Tomizo ramen is normally limited to 5 bowls/day. After much deliberation, I decided on the pricier Miso Butter Corn Scallop ramen, as the Tomizo ramen seemed to be a basic ramen, just with the largest portions. MBCS ramen had more ingredients, including scallops.
Miso Butter Corn Scallop ramen-
I don't regret my pick, one bit! The MBCS ramen was savory & delicious. Pork chashu, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green onions, butter, corn, baby scallops, bean sprouts, napa cabbage, onion, wavy noodles, in miso broth. The filling bowl was rich, comforting, and tasted like the ocean. However, the pork chashu elevated it into being more than a seafood ramen.
I tried most of Tomizo Ramen's appetizers during my dinner. Out of the chicken nanban, bao, takoyaki, gyoza & karaage, my favorite was the chicken nanban.
Service was excellent. Chef Kaji & Chihiro were friendly & hospitable, eager to answer any questions I had and quick with my food. Limited seating, with just a few tables. At ramen shops, I usually sit at the bar to converse with the chef and staff. Also limited is the parking. I chose to park at CVS across the street.
Tomizo Ramen is an impact player in the SoCal ramen game and I can see why they're ranked 46 out of 100 in the entire state. I immensely enjoyed the Miso Butter Corn Scallop Ramen and I am eager to visit again, when the opportunity avails itself

My friend and I ate here for dinner on a not-so-typical Tuesday night. We were immediately seated and chose the bar area as we arrived at 7:30pm. The restaurant's ambiance is certainly cozy and modern. I ordered a non-spicy Miso Ramen while my friend opted for Miso Butter Ramen with corn and chili oil.
Our orders were ready within 10 minutes and the lady behind the bar was very accommodating. She was kind enough to take a few pictures for us. The ramen bowls were truly appetizing and instagram worthy. The ramen noodles were freshly cooked, the vegetables were crisp while the pork slices were absolutely tender. At first, I thought I needed more broth, but it definitely had a perfect umami taste and realized the portions were just right. It legitimately tasted like the ramen I had in Japan a few years ago. On another note, I truly dig their decorations and dedication to Shohei Ohtani, our legendary Dodger! Thanks to my friend and wonderful experience here, Tomizo Ramen will now be my go-to restaurant for authentic ramen in the South Bay!

Good quality ramen that stays open late is definitely a good option for those that have late night munchies.
My wife and I stopped by after watching a movie and we opted for the #3 Spicy Miso and the #4 miso butter corn scallop ramen. Both dishes had bold rich broth, but the miso butter broth was richer of the two. Both dishes came with perfectly cooked al dente noodles that perfectly picked up the broth with each bite.
The #4 is definitely the better of the two choices because with just a few extra dollars your getting a bunch of extra ingredients and overall is a better ramen dish with richer and bolder flavors. The extra scallops raises the ramen in to a whole new level of excess.
I will definitely be back to try the mazemen and tsukemen.

Delicious, the rich complex broth, a warm hug on a fall day. Staff does a great job with service
Devoured most it. I enjoyed that rice; something about it was sticking to me. The hero miso butter corn scallop ramen was on point.

Great food. Had seen this a few times and finally tried it. The place can host no more than 25 people. It has bar style seating as well as tables. Food has a great taste and quantity was more than expected. Fried rice was a large portion despite ordering the small size. Really nothing to complain about, the only thing is that they do not sell alcohol up this post.
Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options
Parking: There are about 10 parking spots which are shared by 2 restaurants and one bar.

I went to Los Angeles for sightseeing, and after a lot of searching, I found a ramen restaurant, and the customer was a Japanese exchange student who served me? I don't think I'll ever come back to the store again because of the kind of female customer service.
It's a shame.

Best ramen place I’ve had in the area. Never disappoints, has the same great taste every time. Usually come around 7-10 not too busy.

It's really too short. Even though I tend to eat salty foods, it's impossible for me to drink really, really salty soup.
Came late night, wanted a quick pick me up and saw this place had affordable ramen and was open late. Little did I know that I would become incredibly upset by the end of my dinner. My experience here made me unbelievably angry. Angry that I took this long to find this place and angry at every other ramen place that started to raise prices to nearly 20 dollars a bowl after covid. I ordered the shoyu ramen and my friends ordered the tsukemen. The soup had an incredible depth and flavor while the noodles were perfectly firm and bouncy. This is a must try ramen spot for any fan of ramen. I will come again.

The noodles of ramen are very similar to instant noodles, the soup is very good, and the portion is just right for one bowl. There are no alcoholic drinks sold in the store, there is only one person outside, and the waiting time is long.

Such good Ramen. I like to add baby scallops and extra mushrooms. They're so yummy. The spicy Ramen is my favorite.
