This place needs new staff, the customer is terrible. Bad enough I had to wait 30 minutes for one order of voodoo fries so the least they could do is be respectful but it was the complete opposite. Take your money and time elsewhere because chances are they’ll piss you off.

I normally come to this location for my family and myself . The food itself is normally great . The last time I came to this location I observed a worker that was cooking with extremely long nails with no gloves on . I caught her kind of picking at her nails and showing them to her co workers and continued cooking the meals . Right when I thought she was headed to wash her hands she picked up what appeared to be a tablet and then continued working on the food . That’s very disgusting. I’ve worked fast food , and I remember not being able to have polish let alone long nails . Hygiene is very important. Management should address that ASAP !

Be careful when you pay at this wingstop always keep your receipt. Made a purchase on the app and requested to pay at the restaurant. I paid cash and cashier gave me my receipt but forgot to order a side and when I ordered the side I used my credit card so she asked for the receipt back. Once she charged my side they gave me a new receipt and and I didn't check it. They charged my original order and my side to my credit card. So they kept my original cash receipt and kept my cash money and I was charged double. Called my credit card to dispute my first order and they can't help me because I dont have the cash receipt. Well if I did they wouldn't of charged my credit card. They do not deserve any stars, I had no choice but to select one star.

This location is the worst I ordered from them Sunday 10/1/23 and realized it was this location (as I have bad service everytime I come here and bad customer service I just feel like if they act the way they do imagine how they handle our food) after I called to cancel and went in to be sure they said it would take 3-5 business days to receive a refund on my card I did not pick up the order called again three days they said give it five today is the fifth day no refund this is literally one of the worst locations they are very unprofessional and do not know there job the chubby guy that is always working in the front is always rude him and adi behaved talking about me as I walked away from asking about my refund and when I called the other day I spoke to Roxanne the “manager” she was unprofessional and no help , now I am going to go through corporate for a $16 refund which is very sad because I’m sure they made it seem as if I picked up my order and ate it CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN before they mess with the wrong person and regret it !!!!

I found something in my wings that made me want to gag. I cannot say that it was what I think it was...BUT it definitely did not look like anything you would find in an order of boneless wings. I'm driving the extra mile to the location on Hawthorne next time.

Placed a online order I used Apple Pay. Got to the window and told them my full name and showed them my email order confirmation! Then they told me I need to show them the credit card I used and my ID to get my food. I used Apple Pay the whole point of Apple Pay is to leave your credit cards at home then they gave me attitude saying for now on I need to show my ID and credit card when ordering online like their the wing police!! Never going back to this place I will take my business somewhere else.

I ordered from them useing the app and the driver CANCELLED my delivery when it was a 1 minute from my house and they said they can’t do anything OR even replace my stolen food

This might be real petty but one of the things I love about Wingstop is their ranch and they've clearly changed something about it recently. Tastes like a generic store bought ranch now imo. I've also ordered twice from this location within a few weeks and the first time, I passed it off as a fluke but a second time confirms a change. I'm not sure if it's only this location or across all Wingstops... I'll have to order from another location to confirm.

Wing stop has always been my favorite place to get wings, and this place didn't disappoint. The area seems sketchy, so I suggest ordering in advance. NO DINE IN
