Georgetown Distillery and Restaurant offers very good food, top shelf spirits, and friendly service. Visitors enjoy delicious handcrafted cocktails on a dog-friendly patio. The gin, bourbon, and rum are highly recommended. Special mention to their incredible fish and chips with gin infused tartar sauce. A warm, rustic gem worth visiting. Recent reviews highlight the Sriracha Lime wings, Whiskey Burger, and Honey Lemon Martini— all excellent. The house-made chips and tartar sauce are a highlight, and the balsamic bleu-cheese wedge salad is described as unbelievably delicious and more than enough for two. The distillery's Passion-fruit Vodka Sour and Bloody Mary with pickle-infused vodka are also favorites. The food and spirits are praised for their quality and flavor, with creative cocktails and changing specials that are always excellent.
