I remember they used to have fresh choice in the valley Modest area sure wish they would bring it back I don't even know why they would shut it down. It always had business! ???
I loved Fresh Choice when I was younger, and when I saw this one I decided to make the drive to check this one out. It's very nostalgic, to say the least. I The restaurant was clean, the choices were plentiful, and the staff was very nice.

I love this nostalgic restaurant. I remember in the late 2000's this place was popping with 2 buffet lanes fully stocked and lined up with people. Either way it's still a good place to fill up on salad and other treats. It's low staffed but the employees are always nice and always moving. The main entrée is decent but it's all about the salad bar. It's always fresh and well stocked. Thank you to the staff for keeping it going.
