The food here was really delicious. I would say, though, that I observed one of the cooks wearing the same pair of gloves all night. He went to the bathroom, smoked, and cooked food without ever changing gloves. That was disturbing.

We have been customers of the Morgan Hill location for a while. When we found out we were getting a NTG in Gilroy, we were excited. We've literally been customers since day 1 and frequent eating here a lot. Tonight we came, ordered falafels, and when asked for tzatziki sauce, we were told you have to pay extra for it. So for 6 falafels, no sauce. We weren't asking for extra sauce, just sauce to eat with the falafels. So we ate them dry, eventually dipping them in ketchup to help...read full review

Greeted by Abraham, NEVER so impressed with the detail and care of questions which are so normally lacking - especially at this location! Abraham was not only thorough at excellent at customer service, but at the end of our 6 person order he said that our to go order would be ready in 8 minutes! My first immediate reaction was "Is this place under new management?", even the cook Christian was booking it behind the counter carving both the chicken as well as the beef/lamb and filling...read full review
