10/10, definitely recommend as part of a trip. Courtney was a great host, and very knowledgeable about wine making. Lovely wines to taste, especially the fortified wines đŸ‘ŒđŸ»lovely outside seating area too

This was mine and my partner’s first experience at a Sonoma winery, and we were not disappointed. We came closer to closing, and we got to spend our time with Joe. It was a great experience! He was so kind in answering our questions, and gave us some awesome suggestions for restaurants and other wineries to try in the area. From a couple of New Yorkers to a fellow east coaster, thank you Joe, for a great time! Whenever we are in Sonoma, we will be making Mayo our home. Go Bills!

Very down to earth space and we enjoyed the tour by Rosemary and the unique wines they offered.

Awesome little spot. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We had some children in our group and we felt welcomed and accommodated. They don’t do food here but we were welcome to bring our own snacks. They were flexible on our reservation time and Joe who did our tasting was kind and entertaining. The wines were all great but we loved the primitivo and the 2020 cab sav in particular. We had a great experience.

Yikes!! I can’t say this one should on your list. We had time, so we stopped in. Trailers and motorhomes adorned the parking lot which should’ve screamed keep truck’n. Wine was not good. They source all their grapes. Everything is blended. And no one at the tasting table g room. Again should’ve move on.

Enjoyable experience from the moment we pulled in! Joe was friendly and knowledgeable and the wines were fabulous. The outdoor area was a perfect place to spend the late afternoon. An amazing and welcome stop during our trip!!

I did the 6 wines taster. And I loved ALL of the wines we tried. Especially the Zinfandel and the Port. Emily was a lovely host.

Great atmosphere, Joe was fantastic and was a pleasure. The Chardonay was excellent.

They held our tasting in their barrel room which is always a cool experience to read barrel labels. Our wine server was very knowledgeable about the winery and the wines. The port was amazing! We visited this winery during our San Francisco Super Saver: Muir Woods & Wine Country tour booked via Tripadvisor.

Wine tasting for 35 dollar at this small cosy place. We tried 10 different wines of which we liked the first the most. Staff/owners atevery friendly. You sit outside in the shade.
Would fully recommend tasting at this place.

I've been a member of Mayo Winery for years, always got my biannual order in a timely manner. After waiting almost one and a half months I inquired on the status of my order. After waiting a few days I inquired again.

The response blew my mind. Basically the courier and vendor are refusing to delivery my order due to the distance of residence. The courier has delivered to this residence and my older for years, now it's a problem. You charge me, make me wait for months, multiple inquiries, and only to tell me that you don't like my money or repeat business.

Wonderful.
Spent a long weekend visiting Sonoma and Napa. Did most of the most famous wineries, and then we had some free time before heading to the airport, and saw Mayo and came in. Sometimes the unplanned experiences are the best. We did the tasting and it was perhaps the best experience out of all our tastings. Not pretentious, super reasonably priced. Joe was an amazing host. Best tasting in Wine Country
