Had a great and authentic wine tasting experience with Ryan. Unlike a lot of the bigger wineries this wine maker focuses on non-traditional Sonoma grape varietals and sustainable production techniques. Their enthusiasm over nearby wildlife is the cherry on the cake.
If you’re looking for clean wines without all the additives and extra crap look no further! The founder, Ryan serves up a wonderful experience with his extensive knowledge of clean wines while pouring glasses of deliciousness. It’s a HOOT!
Was staying right down the street, and wanted a place to walk to and pick up some wine, this was the ticket. Truly a hidden gem in the cutest town in Sanoma valley. Happened in of trivia night, lots of fun. To home a Carmenere, which is hard to come by in the States! Wine tasting room where they source and make their own! Looking for someone special, an evening here will not disappointm
Nothing but grape in the bottle. Everything you want off the beaten path and just pure wine. No big corporate blah blah. And a great Glen Ellen vibe. You know you’ve won when one of the founders, Ryan, is the one pouring the wine. Enjoy!
Truly a hidden gem! Ryan and Lindsey have created a wonderful, welcoming space, and their wines are unique and delicious. A must-visit if you’re lucky enough to be in Glen Ellen.
Great wine, amazing hospitality. Visit!
We had such a great experience here! Ryan was very informative and we loved learning all about the pumas and how their wine came to be. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the Glen Ellen area, it’s a hidden gem!
Excellent wine, excellent atmosphere, wonderful stories behind each and every bottle. Worth every sip.
Wine Snob is a true gem in Glen Ellen, CA. We toured many fine vineyards during our trip to Sonoma and this was our last stop. The owner was there to personally delight us with his expertise and passion for wine. Well done Wine Snob. This is a must taste stop!
Excellent wine. Owner/winemaker actually waited on us. Very educational and excellent side stories of the business. Super service.

The Wine Snob* tasting room is great! The winemakers/owners have interesting varietals and the wine is delicious. The tasting fee is only 20.00. The tasting room itself is modern industrial but with an inviting feel. They also have a nice outside patio area. Cute boutique next door. Definitely recommend a visit to this tasting room!!
An absolute treasure! Had to bring a bottle home to share the experience. Love their branding and unique style. Keep up the great work!
Great wines and good conversations about the passion for the wine making process
Lindsey and Ryan are such sweet individuals! Wine Snob has been a partner of my company for a few years and I am always joyed when communicating with these two. My husband and I recently purchased their champagne for our wedding and they were genuinely interested in our day and happy to be providing some bubbly for our toasts! Their wine is delicious and unique, including the labels on the bottle. I would call Wine Snob a “mom and pop” winery with the elegance of one of the larger vineyards. They are a must taste when visiting Glen Ellen!
Everything I want in a winery.
Lindsey and Ryan are very much on the same wavelength as my wife and I. Their wine, as Lindsey put it, frequently "lets the grapes do the talking." It's clear they both have a passion for wine, but they aren't prescriptive as to what you should expect when you taste the wine. I've seen my share of snobby wineries, and I love the cheekiness Lindsey and Ryan chose for their brand, as this is anything but snobby. I'm anything but a wine connoisseur (if someone tells me what flavors to expect in a wine, I end up thinking I taste those flavors) but the experience here left me wanting to come back.
Don't miss their port with the chocolate truffle during your tasting, it's really wonderful. This is the first winery that my wife and I have actually become members of, and we're looking forward to stopping by more often to catch up with Lindsey and Ryan. Thank you!
