The service was excellent. I ordered a pretzel without butter (I can’t have dairy) which they had to custom make, so it was a bit of a wait. They burned my pretzel in the oven so they had to remake it, and they offered me a free drink to sip on while I wait to make up for the inconvenience. They also offered me sauces to go with my pretzel once it was finally done. Unfortunately, the remade pretzel still tasted burnt, so I went back to try to get a refund. I was expecting to...

Grabbed some salty and sweet goodies from Auntie Anne's/Cinnabon at the Glendale Galleria on Wednesday night (11/20). It was around closing time, but Jade Rodriguez and Rico Goco were super friendly and helpful. They made us fresh coffee on the spot and made sure we left happy. Rico Goco is a fantastic manager. Don't forget to compliment them the next time you visit and leave a tip for this hardworking crew.
