Had a cool experience having the Glendale Fire Dept serving the scoops!
I like their ice cream a lot. Costumer service is really good.

We are ALL waiting in line & this (female older) employee lets a man cut in line in front all of us. NOT COOL. We are ALL waiting in line. Not cool. Not fair. Bad customer service.

They have beautiful cakes and Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bar. I highly recommend. It’s so yummy

This particular Baskin-Robbins was very clean and the person serving me went above and beyond. She made this place a very friendly place to visit. I'd go there over and over again.
A worker named Haley purposefully served the people behind us because she knew them. It took twice as long, and the people behind us left before us. It was terrible. She ruined the experience and made me feel like I was second to her personal life.
Ordered cappuccino blast and did not have any flavor told the staff and they just said that’s how it is. Didn’t offer a solution just plain rude.
I stop by here with my fiancée relatively often. We are always greeted warmly and receive excellent service. Aida is often the one to help us out. If you see her treat her nicely.
