Food was great!! As a persian i usually don't like kabob from restaurants because it has a weird taste but they do it right here. If you end up coming i highly recommend getting the koobideh because it tastes authentic and homemade. 11/10 on everything here!!!
I, really, really like this place. But it's kinda pricey. That being said, the food is really-really good. Pardis, a Persian restaurant, feels more like "higher class" dining, so to speak, than say, Raffis Place (the best Middle Eastern food in town). Pardis' Salmon is delish, the hummus is yum, and the portions are pretty large. The menu isn't that big, which is fine, and I hope this restaurant succeeds as the restaurant that was at this location (which was yum) didn't succeed...read full review

Pardis is a great Glendale option for Persian Food. The ambiance is inviting, the interior is modern clean, and the tables are spacious. The food and service are good, and the menu choices are plenty. The tadig and ghorme sabzi are a must. When you are craving Persian Food, Pardis is a good choice!
