I always think Dave's is consistent but I give it four stars because the service isn't always the best and the portion sizes aren't as large as other places. I do love the pickles and the sauce offered along with honey. Always appreciate the consistent hours and delivery of food though!

Make sure to order online before you pickup in person. If you order in-person, be prepared to wait. They have so many online orders that it takes almost half an hour to wait until your order is ready. Overall, it's a pretty good spot. The location can get full and parking is a hit or miss. Food is good most of the time yet sometimes they may overdo the spice level you select. But still pretty good!

Literally the worst Dave's location in all of Los Angeles. I go to Dave's in Glendale at least 3-4 times a week & just this location does not know how to make a reaper sandwich. I'm not sure what they do here but they they use a different reaper seasoning. Not the same as the rest Dave's location in SoCal. I have gone to countless locations in SoCal & I order reaper at each other them. I've asked them a few times to remake my sandwich because it is not edible AT ALL but they can never get it right. Today I submitted an order through Doordash. Took a few bites of my reaper sandwich. It immediately started burning my stomach, I ran to the restroom, started having hot flashes & passed out for a good 3 mins. When I woke up I puked it out. If you're a reaper lover, DO NOT get it at this location. It's not the same reaper seasoning every other DHC uses.

I spend 75% of my time opening up the honey packets to put on my chicken. Granted the number of locations you have in the number of employees you have it doesn't take a rocket scientist to point out that if you're providing sauce to your clients while they're eating they would rather focus their entire attention on eating their food versus trying to figure out how to open those mini honey packets to pour on their sandwich. Your management needs to step it up and buy a dispenser for honey and other sauces that you have people want to eat and enjoy. They don't want to spend time opening up ketchup, packets or honey packets for that matter. Stop being cheap step up your game.

I went in to check out this place because I've been wanting to try it for a while now. I walked in and started ordering and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude to me, was being super short, not answering questions and it looked like he didn't wanna be there. It made me super uncomfortable. I looked at the name tag and it said Dominic, not sure if he was a manager or what? It made my experience horrible. I doubt I'll be coming back even though the food was okay. Don't come here, unless you want to be treated horribly

Finally!! This location knows how to make a slider! My son is obsessed with Dave’s so we have visited many locations, even AZ and MI locations. Glendale knows that a slider should have coleslaw, some other locations have put such a small amount it’s like 5 pieces of slaw. Thanks for a great slider.
