Best gluten-free pizza ever! I had the ancient grains crust a couple times now. Wish I could drop in for some gf slices when in the area, but you can only order a full pie. And when I called I was told orders can only be placed online, which is strange, but ok. Chicken wings, portobello mushroom appetizer and garlic knots are yummy too!
Great Gluten-free pizza, finally! First time I went, I was not convinced. But for the last few years, we've never had a gluten incident!! The ancient grain crust is terrific, and celiac safe. I order online, and they always stamp "gluten-free" on the box. We are regulars and are always happy with Pizza Boy.
