Didn't redeem my free bread. Called manager and he says he doesn't know how the app and coupons work. Was no help and would not even offer to make the customer happy by delivering the missing bread. First person I spoke to was absolutely rude! I live 3 min away, I'd recommend anyone to stay away from this location and go to foothill!

They always come thru here.. my daughter always wants Domino's pizza and we just moved into the area and it's walking distance from our new home yeeessss.. The staff that work's there are super nice. One person kinda made me upset because he was yelling at one of the girl employee and I get it you want the employees to have a sense of urgency and get things done but you have to stay professional and motivate, teach and train employees but not demean them, which isn't very professional especially in front of customers and he was very rude and cocky. Other than that the food is always on point I'm there almost 3 times a week. I wish I knew the names of the ladies who always take my order and are super nice with me and my daughter. I will get their names next time and add it to this review. Dominos lucky to have employees like them.

If I could give a -1 star, I would! How in the world can a multi million dollar nation wide pizza chain make such horrible pizza is beyond me! Making pizza isn't that hard but the pizza we got tonight was awful. Why would anyone want ground sand on the bottom of the crust? And it was tough as the sole of a shoe! We asked for extra cheese, and if this was extra, I'd hate to see what regular cheese would be like. The pepperoni was tasteless and when I asked for light sauce, that doesn't mean you wave the spoon over the dough and watch as 3 drops splash down. There is no excuse for such disgusting pizza. Sure, it's cheap if you have a coupon, but maybe you need to focus on making a good quality pizza over the price.

Terrible staff, I ordered a plain pizza & I was present at the place, thus, I asked specially to not burn the crust! She promised me too but I drove home and suddenly put the charcoal crust on table...really frustrated, I called the store and she promised me to bake another one better, therefore, I drove to the place again and what we see was worst than expected! I will not try this store again and I don't recommend anyone else to do, so they should learn to respect customers directions not what they like to do.

I love Dominos pizzas. They have the best pizza on the market wright now which is the pan made pizza. It is crunchy like cornbread and delicious like steak. Domino's out due many pizza company's because of that pan made pizza. How you do it Dominos.

I always get good service from them, the delivery drivers are professional and courteous, and only rarely is there an issue (last time I ordered, my marbled brownies were a little burnt, but they were super busy that night, so I forgive them; one time they forgot the Sprite I ordered, but the driver realized it as soon as he arrived and insisted on going back to the restaurant and getting it for me and coming back to deliver it). I’ve been a regular of theirs for years. This is a really good location to order from and the staff is just great!

I had really bad experience with my tonight’s order with domino’s in the location of 3430 ocean view in Glendale , The large pizza I have ordered was burn and full of salt that you can’t even tase it.Also the hot wings was burn.I uploaded photos of tonight’s order and I am sending them back to store, I hope the authority will do something regarding to supervise the cooking system of this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order in store with the manager to be delivered for a baseball team down the street. This order cost me $70+ dollars. My delivery time of 6:30pm came around and no one delivered my order. I tried to call the store twice and the employee that answered at the store hung up on me after saying it will arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting 30 min the game ended and still no delivery. So I drove to the store to see what happened with my order. The employee was unable to provide an explanation. They simply said "I don't know what happened". I also asked to speak with the manager and the employee at the front said he wasn't available.. when the manager was standing right across from him in the store. The manager proceeded to hide behind the wall next to the counter and did not provide the assistance a manager should. Very cowardly to not speak to a customer when there is an issue!!! Especially when you are the head of the store location. I will not be ordering Dominos from this location again. No wonder they have 2.5 stars. AVOID! The location on Foothill in La Crescenta is 1000 times better. Awful experience and customer service.
