Simple excellent sandwich. This was my first time at Eggslut. First, they ask you if you’re ok with an over medium egg. I would say the egg was even over easy. Super runny which is fine by me, but be aware. Second, ketchup comes on the sandwich, on both sides of the bread. I should have read the menu more carefully because I think it took away from the sandwich a bit. I loved the spicy mayo they served on the side and would have liked to try that on the sandwich rather than...

Was pleased to find out Eggslut would be located directly across from where we were staying for the weekend. The atmosphere was airy and clean. The staff were welcoming and chill. We ordered a Fairfax, a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, two orders of truffle hash browns, and fresh orange juice to wash it all down. Everything came out looking amazing.
