Honeybaked Ham of Glendale

Thanksgiving is one of the biggest culinary holidays of the year. It was a horrible customer experience waiting close to 2 hours just to pick up an order. The store should be staffed roanage the demand on holidays. Poorly handled and I'm really disappointed that I was unable to pick up my food.

I ordered online with a live person and she didn't give me the option to prepay. When I arrived, I had to wait in a 50+ person line because I hadn't prepaid. I am mad.

I didn't understand this place's popularity. The food is okay, but nothing special, and certainly not worth the high prices.

I went there because the Pasadena location was going through a remodel. This is a little closer and in the Vons shopping center. It’s very large and welcoming. Service was prompt and courteous, with ham sliced upon request, which let me know it was fresh.

I like going and getting a pound of ham for sandwiches and I usually get there in the last hour and sometimes there are none left and so I started calling and would be told that they don't have any and I found that the app has a place to order a pound and it's cheaper. So I ordered and paid online and went in and I was told that they didn't have any and when I told her that I had ordered and paid online, she checked and saw my order and went into the door where they keep the 1 and 2 pound slices and pulled one out and took out a pound to weigh it. I was told that I should have called because they don't always check the app orders

Picked up all the fixings for Easter Sunday! Wow !!! The entire family thought it was all delicious ? no cooking minimal cleaning. I will definitely be back !!!

Super friendly staff

Excellent ham sandwich. Some of the best ham I've ever had. I got the Classic Ham Sandwich.The bread for the sandwich wasn't very fresh, but that is my only criticism. The portion of ham was very good. Love the honey mustard (which they sell bottled).I can't speak to how crowded it gets as I was there in the afternoon, but I suspect they get busy at lunch.At 630am on my way to work, I've seen the very long lines down the sidewalk at the Holidays, so you definitely need to plan ahead if you're ordering a ham at that time.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store seemed clean.If you've never had Honey Baked Ham, you definitely want to try this place.

I went here expecting my favorite ham and turkey and was overcharged by the store clerk. I even had to send a complaint because the lady made me pay more than the listed menu price. When I came back into the restaurant to take pictures, all of a sudden she wanted to offer me a refund. They used to have hot mac and cheese that you could get as a side. All of the hot sides have disappeared and now you have to pay 10 dollars for it. The cold sides look gross and old. You may as well go into the grocery store next door and buy them because that's exactly where it looks like they come from. I had to go back and ask for glaze because they gave me dry meat with no flavor. This particular location had really gone downhill with quality. I love the brand, just not this location. No love is put into that food. It costs way too much to be lacking.

Parking: Right next to dollar king, pharmacy drug store and grocery store make it easy to buy holiday food and utensils.
