The manger brittany is amazing, very sweet, very welcoming. I had a small issue and she took care of it with know hesitation, I wish more people can be like her definitely would eat at this location again. :)This is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition and praise.

My son absolutely loves this IHOP! He’s crazy about their pancakes and always asks for the hot chocolate—it’s his favorite. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and we always have a great experience here. If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot with great breakfast options, definitely give this location a try!

We came to IHOP after trying to eat at the nearby mall which was too crowded. We had no problem finding free parking and there was no line (unlike at the mall). Unfortunately we came on a bad night - they said they were understaffed. So we had to wait until our table was cleared, and waited longer than usual for order taking and for the food to arrive. Also the order taker forgot a couple of items. To top it off she claimed that we could not get both a free kid's meal and a 10% discount on seniors meals, only one or the other, which was ridiculous (we were 3 seniors , 2 adults and 2 kids). The food was just OK as we expected based on previous experiences at other IHOPs. We just wish we could have gotten better service and hospitality.

I stopped by IHOP with the family I had their Strawberry Banana Pancake stack which was pretty good, the pancakes were fluffy and warm, with sweet strawberries and banana slices adding a nice fresh twist, servers were polite and the food came out timely. I liked this place as you can change it up everytime you go as that they offer a variety of good choices like omelettes, crepes, waffles, will keep coming back to one of my goto brunch places

Well it was slightly crowded. The booths are not very big, especially for a party of 4. I wish they hadn't switched from 4 syrups at the table to one, because between 4 people we use a lot of syrup. And the place the pancakes on a small plate, which is messy because the syrup spills off. At least the pancakes weren't frozen like some other places. Overall it was fine though.

On two occasions, food was promptly delivered to the table. The third occasion customers that came in ordered after me suddenly got their food before mine, before being told a bogus response as to why my food hasn’t come out yet I simply walked out without saying anything.

I came to the Glendale IHOP, honestly not expecting much. I had seen a lot of TikTok videos saying things like “Don’t go to IHOP” or “Nothing is fresh,” so my expectations were pretty low. But here’s the thing, I was shocked! The pancakes were unbelievably fresh and fluffy.
I ordered the Bacon Temptation Omelette and added mushrooms and spinach. OMG, I can’t even describe how good it was! My taste buds were literally dancing. The tomatoes were so fresh, and the pancakes had that amazing smell that tells you they were just made. Everything tasted perfect.
And I have to mention Laura, one of the waitresses, I can’t say enough about how kind and caring she was. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her sweet personality and attention to detail.
I was actually trying to find something negative to say, but honestly, I couldn’t. Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly done. We truly enjoyed our meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
