Katsu Bar on Wilson in Glendale is a gem. Service was professional from the moment we walked in — quick, attentive, no attitude. The portions are generous for the price, you definitely get your money's worth. And the flavors are on point — crispy katsu, quality ingredients, everything tasted fresh. Easy five stars, I'll be back.
So many varieties of katsu options (udon in black creamy garlic is a personal fave)! Love that they have portobello mushroom katsu available as well.
Really good food, but why get rid of the waffle fries... they were soooo good!
