Something is wrong with the attendant for this shop on Saturday AM
Giving the Glendale Laduree a bad reputation
Please replace with a more suitable employee!!!
Thanks for taking this and consideration and reading the reviews because Laduree is usually such a pleasant experience!
Best macarons outside of France
Macarons, finger pastries and cookies sold here in addition to coffees only. And none of the sweets are vegan.
Their hot coffee was surprisingly cold and the employee really didn’t wanna be there this morning.
I asked for two of the vanilla macarons and some other flavors. I got home and realized the lady gave me ONLY ONE white macaron. I was already disappointed because I’m only seeing one white macaron, then I tasted it and noticed it was an orange blossom flavor instead. Didn’t notice until I tasted it because they both are white in color but now that I think about it, I didn’t see any vanilla beans on the one I got so they must have not picked correctly!! Disappointed because I like their macarons usually :(
I ve given 1 star because i have to draw attention to the management. On 10/9/24 at 11.50pm i was at the Americana Glendale outlet to get macaroon boxes for gift. The store attendant was inside with a notice hanging on the order window “ we are on a short break, be back in 15 mins”. I thought perhaps she’s setting up so wanted to run quick errands there and back in 30 mins to collect.
Came back after 30+ minutes back and still the same sign on & no sign of any attendant. Wanted to wait out 15 mins to see if anyone shows up. Waited for another good 25 mins & no one came in. Many ppl just like me came & left & some waited, mostly waited more than 30 mins. We checked online status and it showed operating hours are on.
There are cameras perhaps the management should look into the matter.

I went because my friend had just gone to the one in Paris and raved. I’m visiting from Atlanta and was excited to see these macarons. Got a box of 6 and a pistachio shortbread cookie with white chocolate. The passion fruit with yuzu is so good vans my favorite of the 3 I tried. The pistachio is alright. The strawberry was good. Very good macarons, not sure they’re as good as my favorite place in Atlanta though.
The lady working could have been a little friendlier.

I usually go to the location on Maddison Ave in NYC and was excited to share the experience with my aunt once I found this location in her area. I was greatly disappointed as the food was good but the customer service was awful. The lady acted like I was interrupting her in some way and was very rude. She also became ruder with each question I had about some of the items that my aunt was asking about. Please fix this so your wonderful products can be enjoyed in the ways intended. I visited 5/7/24 between 2 and 4pm.

I ordered 2 cakes for my daughter’s first communion. When I came to pick them up one was broken, the other one which was supposed to be for 8 people was so tiny it is ridiculous. I asked to find a solution for the broken cake and a confirmation of how big the 8 people cake was supposed to be and the staff was totally incompetent. They said it wasn’t their responsibility and couldn’t do anything. I asked to speak to a manager who refused to talk to me over the phone. They had forced me to pay just advance when I ordered over the phone so I feel like I lost $133. I left 1 hour later with a ridiculously small cake, a broken one and a crying daughter. This meant a lot to us as a French family but clearly Laduree in the US is a scam.

Cute place with overpriced macaroons that are very dry and hard from both inside and outside. If you ever go to Paris and buy macaroon from a grocery store it will be 10 times better.

this kiosk, within the grounds of the mall, is ideally placed amongst trees with benches and tables so that you can enjoy your pastry or macarons. They have a good selection of macarons, pastries, and drinks all of your cappuccinos etc.
Kid-friendliness: It's an outdoor kiosk with a gazebo, tables and benches.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking in the garage and also curbside.
