We usually go to Mendocino in Pasadena.
We love the food and the restaurant in general. But here we had to ask three times for someone to clean the table, and at that time the place was not busy.
As I mentioned before the food at Mendocino is excellent, the service and cleanliness here at the Americana location needs improvement.
We will try this location again and if things have improved I will adjust the rating to 5 stars.

Excellent catering experience. They were right on time and great communication the week of delivery. This location + others in LA, have been amazing for sandwich platters and sides. Would recommend for events!

They always deliver catering on time and wrapped beautifully, helping customers to their car. The team is very positive and conveys a good vibe.
