Recently went in to this store to replenish my Nespresso supply and I was very impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. The store was absolutely spotless and all COVID precautions where upheld while still making me feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff was courteous and really knew their products! I am a regular customer of Nespresso Boutique! They always provide a good customer service and today I had the best one! Adrian helped me. He was so friendly and helpful! During the health crisis they have a table at the front door; the store is not open otherwise. I don't know, however, if that is the case during all open hours. I went to drop off my Vertuo recycling and get some new recycling bags. But they were so helpful I ended up buying some more capsules.
