I always have such a great experience at this location but when I went in this past week, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica! She was so kind and knowledgeable. Any questions that I had or suggestions that I needed, she was quick with an excellent response and a gentle smile. Highly recommend this location!!
Every visit to Nespresso is an amazing experience, and that’s all thanks to Tony! He consistently goes above and beyond to make every customer feel genuinely welcomed. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm are unmatched, and he always takes the time to answer questions and help me find the perfect coffees. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience, and it never feels rushed or transactional.
Such a clean store. Tony was very helpful for my experience! He had amazing energy and was willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommend this store and Tony!

The Nespresso Boutique Glendale offers an excellent shopping experience with knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the personalized assistance in choosing machines and flavors. The store is beautifully designed, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff is generally helpful and super kind and polite, with Jessica providing wonderful and patient service. The boutique is busy, especially on weekends, but the wait is completely worth it for the awesome coffee and coffee makers. Customers can taste test some delicious coffee and highly recommend the experience.
