Super cute packaging . The flavors were very floral and fragrant . My favorites were rose and berry soooo good! I also ordered their rose latte which was delicious! Super tasty and unique , like no other rose latte I've ever had highly highly recommend! Such a cute and tasty treat. I didn't feel very bloated after it's the perfect amount of t and not too sweet :)

really enjoy coming here whenever i get a chance to stop by the americana! their packaging matches their macarons, v aesthetic & their macarons itself are always so delicious! they ran out of chocolate the day i came here, but there's many other flavors to choose from and they don't validate parking, you would need to go to nordstrom or barnes & noble if you're parking in the americana parking garage.

The good:I had the raspberry lychee macaron sandwich with cream, a chocolate chip cookie and a chestnut cream pastry. Their packaging (bag and box) is very fancy and high end. It makes for a great gift. The desserts are visually appealing. The macaron had a good texture. The outdoor stand has a lot of outdoor seating options that is by the water fountain so it sa nice area to stop and get a snack. The bad:The worker smeared chocolate all over the outside of the bag. The chestnut dessert had too much cream on it. The interesting:I thought the tough texture of the lychee took away from the dessert experience. It didn't match the softness and chewiness of the rest of the dessert

this kiosk, within the grounds of the mall, is ideally placed amongst trees with benches and tables so that you can enjoy your pastry or macarons. They have a good selection of macarons, pastries, and drinks all of your cappuccinos etc.Kid-friendliness: It's an outdoor kiosk with a gazebo, tables and benches.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking in the garage and also curbside.

The cafe was such a cute spot to go visit with your girlfriends! We saw a lot of people come to do work here as well. The macaroons were delish and very soft. The vegan pastries overall were superb.

The macarons were delicious, the employee was helpful in choosing. Contrary to the comments, they were very polite. "Ispahan" is a huge rose flavored macaron. Its consistency and appearance are great, but I do not like the rose aroma. I felt like I was eating perfume while eating it. Also, as a chef, it's not good for them to put something inedible on the food (real rose petals on it). The croissant was a little stale but the taste was good. The environment has a Parisian atmosphere, when you go shoppingIG: aslihan.atak

I like the decoration here, the waiter is also very friendly, I also make macarons, so I must buy some macarons to spur myself, hoping that one day I will have my own macaron shop.?❤️?Kid-friendliness: 小孩子都喜欢可爱漂亮的马卡龙

I agree with a lot of my fellow Yelpers; the service is very subpar, it's terrible. I ordered online and went to the "pick-up" window and waited for a bit and the lady finally told me to wait in the "order" line even though I had already ordered. Another yelper mentioned the lines were confusing. They need to either update the sign or make another sign that clarifies this. So I waited again in the "order" line and when I showed her my pick-up order at the window, the lady was already shooing me to the side. She said, "Can you wait on the side and move over so I can help the people behind you." And I was like what, I then look behind me, and there was no one behind me. And then I probably gave a WTF look, and she was like "...oh, nevermind, I thought there were people behind you." Jebus. The lady is rude and has no etiquette. She clearly didn't care, and it shows. I understand you're trying to make money, but the customer service is a huge turn off. Focus on one customer at a time rather than shoo me off while I was trying to get my food. The pastries and desserts are overpriced, and I'd rather visit other places based on this experience. Terrible!

I had originally tried the beverly hills location at the Grove when it first opened years ago & decided to take my mom for coffee yesterday. It's the most festive time of the year anyway! This is their 2nd location at the Americana.Service was ok, not particularly friendly.Finding which window to order from was a bit confusing.Pastries are cute but overpriced. Will be back for their latte cause it was yum!

Laduree is a picture-perfect bakery. This is one of their 2 locations in CA. This one is a kiosk located in Americana, and the other one is in Beverly Hills. Everything I tried was delicious. The bakery items are pricey, but it's a beautiful place. Will return.

Everyone has always told me that this place was great. It's located at an outside kiosk in the Americana, but you can park for free at the Glendale Galleria and walk over. Or you can get an hour and a half free with the validation at Nordstrom. There is a nice grassy area where you can sit down or you can sit at one of their outdoor tables. This macaroon saw sweet and soft, as it should be. I thoroughly enjoyed all the flavors of rose, lychee, and raspberry and I'll definitely be coming back!

Quality exquisite macarons! It is an outside stall across from the Samsung store near the Barnes and Noble. Be aware they do not validate parking at the Americana (go to a department store or bigger restaurant or park at the Galleria). Be aware you have to pay for the box for the macarons lest you want them in a bag. Since these were a gift we just had to get a box.
