The worst McDonald I hacer ever visited on a Sunday night I place my order and it was such a horrible experience I asked for my food to be cooked to order and everything was burnt the girl with red hair and glasses was handing me a melting ice cream cone and refused to make it again I had to asked 3 times for a fresh one . I called the manager and they had me on the phone for 10 minutes a person by the nane Syrus he claim . I have pictures of everything the burnt food the receipt after ten minutes when asking for the store manager name they hung up on me on purpose . I had done my research on this McDonalds and they have the a rating of 85% of one star rating . This tells you everything about this place there excuse was they were busy . This all reflects on corporate and the store manager management is so poor as nd unprofessional.

When you go to McDonalds, you know what you can expect. But my last visit was one of the worst McDonalds experiences. They were out of sweet tea, out of the toy my kids were looking forward to, employees did not greet customers, and the floors were sticky. Go somewhere else. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

The iced coffee has been unavailable on the app and kiosk for over 3 weeks. You have to order them at the counter. Super inconvenient!! This is a busy location so someone should clean the dining room more frequently.

The last four times I’ve gotten a breakfast sandwich it was missing an item and had to walk back to get it fixed.

Maria said I just needed the name of Milton. I gave him the name and then she would not give me the food so because it was awkward I left and then I called back and when I called back, she hung up on me
