The food was so good and the service was even better. Took about 30 minutes to cook but it was worth the wait for sure. We got chicken and steak combo which was cooked and seasoned perfectly but my favorite was the beef lule. 🔥 🔥 🔥 Walked right up to order, didn't even ask our name and remembered us when we came back, which made us feel special. They were working hard in the back cooking and it all pays off because it was so good. We will be back ;!!

Food was amazing!! One of the best in the city. Two patio tables in front but otherwise takeout only.

Always tasty and decently priced compared to other kabob places like Raffi’s or Shamshiri. It looks like the son took over recently. If you’re in the area, give Minj Kabob a try! It’s just a couple blocks walking distance from the Glendale Galleria/Americana. I also like their garlic sauce which tastes different but just as good as Zankou’s. It’s a bit more subtle and creamier.

Incredible food, warm service, made an out of towner feel right at home. You can clearly tell they are a vital part of their community and care for the people they serve and it just made a delicious eatery even more important to know. Here’s to another 40 years

I had the beef kabob and chicken kabob, both were juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned! The lavash was soft but not soggy! Definitely one of the best places in Glendale hands down.

Hands down the best kabob I’ve ever had. This literal hole in the wall has some of the best steak and chicken kabob. The flavors are unbelievable. The meat is perfectly seasoned and tender, and the hummus and rice are fantastic. The owner is so nice, and I always feel welcome. Such a hidden gem. I always wonder why I wasn’t back sooner. Yes, it’s that good. Tastes like a home-cooked meal. Lovely neighborhood vibe. A couple of tables for outdoor seating only. Worth it for the food!

This is a small counter-serve spot with a couple of tables outside. You know you're in for a treat when you see a constant line of people ordering at the counter. This is fantastic food served by the kitchen with great warmth and charm. We shared the lule kabob entree and eggplant caviar and both made us very happy.

The best Mediterranean food hands down! But more importantly, the family who runs the store front restaurant are the nicest, most caring, loving people you ever want to meet. It's worth the long drive from Inglewood.
I love this placeeeee. The owners are so warm.
Always get the beef shish with the pear soda. Game changing. They take orders til they sell out for the day so don’t wait and order early!

This is the kind of place that you want to support. Russian Armenian owned restaurant. They've got two tables lol. With the food here is excellent. It's a little more expensive than similar fare that you might get elsewhere but in my opinion it's worth it. I just had the beef shish entree and the meat was perfect and tender and delicious. That was over the moon. zankou chicken can take a hike

Mini Kabob is a solid spot for tasty, no-frills Persian food. The kabobs are flavorful and cooked just right, and the rice and sides are fresh and satisfying. Service is friendly, though it can get a little busy during peak hours. Great for a casual, flavorful meal.

The food just wasn’t great and really didn’t meet expectations. I was hoping for something fresh and flavorful, but it fell short. Overall, not worth the price.
I really wanted to like this place and support a family business — the son helping his mother is very sweet — but the food just wasn’t good. The meat quality was subpar, and the rice was very clearly old and stale, nothing like authentic Armenian rice. I paid about $30 for a kebab plate through a delivery app (around $4 more than in-store), and for that price point, my expectations were much higher. Maybe kebabs aren’t their specialty — it seems like people are liking the Caesar wrap — but this meal definitely didn’t live up to the reviews.
