There is always so much to learn about coffee, but O Coffee does an amazing job at sharing their knowledge about coffee farming and roasting. It is incredible how much passion Henrikh and Mariam have for their business and how much they want everyone to learn about all the processes.
I really recommend their class if you want to learn, chat, share ideas and have a good time. Watching Henrikh roast the beans was an incredible experience! All five senses will be put to test, and it gave me a completely different perspective about coffee!

Henrikh and Maria were so welcoming and warm. We took the 101 Behind the Scenes of Coffee Roasting class and it was really engaging and fun! He walked us through the history of coffee, demystified the processes, talked about the different types of roasters, and showed us how he roasts with his machine. My husband and I were really impressed and he answered and welcomed all of our questions. You can tell they are so passionate about coffee and we left feeling so much more knowledgeable about the roasting process!! Can’t wait to take another class. Thanks for the amazing experience!

I had an amazing private roasting session at O Coffee and learned so much from Henry. Time flew by and it was fun getting to operate the roasting machine/software. Henry and his lovely wife were amazing host who really expressed and showcased their passion for coffee roasting. I left feeling inspired to start my own little business :) I highly recommend the private roasting lesson for any coffee enthusiasts or anyone who wants to learn more about coffee roasting. It will be an experience to remember!

My friend and I took a roasting class at O Coffee to celebrate our birthdays and we had so much fun! Henry was so knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. Loved the atmosphere and all the stores behind the art pieces that were on display. We learned so much! We will definitely be back to buy more coffee beans.

O Coffee is a super friendly spot I found today - got a bag to test/try, took it home and did my usual pour over - and it's fantastic!
I support various small, high quality roasters.. in LA and elsewhere, and I'm super happy to find another! The atmosphere is nice as well, and meeting the lovely and friendly couple making it happen was a treat.
