Henrikh and Maria were so welcoming and warm. We took the 101 Behind the Scenes of Coffee Roasting class and it was really engaging and fun! He walked us through the history of coffee, demystified the processes, talked about the different types of roasters, and showed us how he roasts with his machine. I had an amazing private roasting session at O Coffee and learned so much from Henry. Time flew by and it was fun getting to operate the roasting machine/software. Henry and his lovely wife were amazing host who really expressed and showcased their passion for coffee roasting.
