Very bad attention from Mr. Luis. I greeted him kindly and he began his bad attention without responding. I asked her if I could try a type of chicken, the girl said yes and Mr. Luis responded yelling no. My family was shocked. The attitude is incomprehensible. The food is very good, but the staff is disappointing.

Would not recommend getting this bowl. $10.05 for this chili crispy shrimp bowl, there are only 7 shrimps. Panda is getting cheap.

This review is for the Panda Express across Golds Gym (Glendale Galleria). The staff at this location are very friendly, caring, nice and active! As in they are quick. I know there's many Panda Express, but this one is unique. Keep doing a great job!

Food at this location isn't as fresh as the Los feliz location. The portions here are slightly smaller as well. The one thing that redeemed them is Mario's customer service. He's definitely one of the best!

The food was absolutely divine. I got served by a man named Devin Booker. He was tall, charming, and had very appealing facial features. His very bold eye lashes and plump lips made the overall experience of this celestial food chain quite altruistic. I also received my order very promptly.
The staff here are okay, given the number of people they see. They do get a bit impatient. The soda machine dispensed soda that tasted bad like it needed to be cleaned and I’m never picky about soda, it is already bad for me but it doesn’t need to remind me in the taste. So buy only the bottled soda.

Unfortunately I have to write this review due to the horrible customer experience I had thanks to employee Andrea. The moment she asked me for my order she made no contact and seemed already annoyed. I still politely proceeded to let her know my items I wanted. She started to aggressively put together my order before I could let her know specifically what I wanted. I kindly let her know I had a small request for one of the items and ANDREA had the audacity to shake her head with an attitude in my face and adjust the order with frustration and when I asked if it was a problem she blatantly ignored me as another employee apologized for her pathetic behavior. This disrespectful disgrace of a representation of the Panda I've been coming to as a kid and NEVER had this experience. As someone who's worked in customer service most of her life, this behavior would NEVER be acceptable. SmhThe food was also terrible at this location. Downstairs in the food court is worth the walk and wait. You get what you want and you don't have someone serving you your food with negative energy and incompetence.

Today we came to galleria mall and we ate Panda Express and it was very very bad I ordersizzeling shrimp know what he put in my place 4 shrimp and no broccoli little vegetable when I got it I saw this I will sent picture just now I we were very mad at this please talk to your worker he was short and with mustache he wasn’t nice at all I won’t ever eat there and I will definitely not recommend to my friend to eat there too I give zero star..

This use to be one of the best Panda Express's to go to. Who ever made the decision to stop making the Sweet & Sour Sauce and Teriyaki sauce, and just giving these inconvenient and Tiny Little packages, was a big mistake. The Teriyaki chicken is already with hardly any sauce and sometimes the Sweet and Sour chicken is very dry also sometimes. I guess it was some kind of money saving decision or something. Not really sure. But I do not come here or any Panda Express hardly anymore. If I cannot enjoy the food, then what is the point of eating there.

The food is good, your usual Panda Express but this place is a bit more expensive than their standalone outlets, I'm guessing because it's inside of a mall. The lady on the cash counter was giving racist vibes and I'm not the only one who noticed that day. She didnt say that much but it was very clear from her behaviour. It bothered a lot of us. They should train their staff better on customer interaction.
